血管緊張素Ⅱ的生長調(diào)節(jié)作用 概述 腎素-血管緊張素系統(tǒng)傳統(tǒng)上被歸類為系統(tǒng)性激素調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)。它的主要活性物質(zhì)是血管緊張素Ⅱ(AⅡ)。血管緊張素Ⅱ來源于血漿α2-球旦白,即血管緊張素原,它的形成和釋放過程簡述如下: 血管緊張素原 ↓腎素 血管緊張素Ⅰ ↓轉(zhuǎn)化酶 血管緊張素Ⅱ(AⅡ) AⅡ具有很強(qiáng)的血管收縮作用及促進(jìn)醛固酮分泌的作用,其結(jié)果主要是導(dǎo)致血壓升高和鈉鹽儲(chǔ)留。所以腎素-血管緊張素系統(tǒng)一直被認(rèn)為是一種作用于心血管的內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)。然而,近年來發(fā)現(xiàn)腎素-血管緊張素系統(tǒng)不僅分布在心臟,腎臟及腦組織,而且存在于卵巢和脂肪組織。內(nèi)分泌激素局部作用的發(fā)現(xiàn)更促使人們重新探討腎素-血管緊張素的其它作用。近幾十年來,已有許多實(shí)驗(yàn)室相繼報(bào)道AⅡ可以產(chǎn)生于局部,以旁分泌或自分泌的方式調(diào)節(jié)局部組織細(xì)胞的生長繁殖。 高血壓導(dǎo)致的心肌肥大一貫被認(rèn)為是繼發(fā)于血流動(dòng)力學(xué)變化的代償性肥大。但已有證據(jù)表明心室肥大的程度與血壓升高的程度沒有密切的相關(guān)性。例如自發(fā)性高血壓大鼠的心肌肥大發(fā)生在血壓明顯升高之前;臨床觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)血壓很高的病人并不一定發(fā)生明顯的...
