【摘要】： 眾多研究表明，青少年的自殺人數(shù)在逐年增加，就死因而言自殺已排在前三位。近年來，在我國大學(xué)校園中，自殺或企圖自殺日益增多，大學(xué)生自殺已成為大學(xué)生意外死亡的首要原因。因此，研究大學(xué)生自殺意念及其影響因素，找出具有自殺意念的高危人群，以此作為自殺的早期信號，，及時采取干預(yù)措施，對減少大學(xué)生自殺率具有十分重要的意義。本研究基于Mann等人于1999年提出的“應(yīng)激—易感”模式，以抑郁和絕望感為研究的應(yīng)激因子，以沖動性和特質(zhì)焦慮為研究的素質(zhì)因子，來研究沖動性、特質(zhì)焦慮、抑郁情緒及絕望感等因素對自殺意念的影響。 研究采取分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法，使用修訂后的自殺意念問卷，對湖北省6所高校的608名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析。數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)采用SPSS11.5和LISREL18.30統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析處理，研究結(jié)果表明： 1．修訂好的自殺意念問卷有良好的信度和效度。 2．大學(xué)生總體自殺意念篩查率為9.04％。有無自殺意念的大學(xué)生分別在抑郁、絕望和特質(zhì)焦慮上存在顯著差異(P＜0.01)，而在沖動性上沒有顯著差異。一些重要的人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)變量會對大學(xué)生自殺意念產(chǎn)生影響，性別、年級、專業(yè)滿意度和學(xué)習(xí)成績對自殺意念有顯著的預(yù)測作用。 3．自殺意念和抑郁、絕望感、沖動性、特質(zhì)焦慮之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型檢驗(yàn)的結(jié)果顯示，抑郁情緒和絕望感對自殺意念有顯著的預(yù)測力，沖動性和特質(zhì)焦慮對自殺意念沒有顯著的預(yù)測力；抑郁、絕望感和特質(zhì)焦慮之間有顯著的正相關(guān)。 最后，針對研究結(jié)果加以討論分析，提出了一些干預(yù)措施以及未來研究的建議。
[Abstract]:Many studies have shown that the number of suicides among teenagers is increasing year by year, and suicide is in the top three in terms of causes of death. In recent years, there are more and more suicides or attempted suicides on the campus of our country, and the suicide of college students has become the leading cause of accidental death of college students. Therefore, it is of great significance to study college students' suicidal ideation and its influencing factors, to find out the high risk population with suicidal ideation, as the early signal of suicide and to take timely intervention measures to reduce the suicide rate of college students. This study is based on the "stress-vulnerability" model put forward by Mann et al in 1999, taking depression and despair as the stress factors, impulse and trait anxiety as the quality factors, to study impulse and trait anxiety. Effects of depression and despair on suicidal ideation. In this study, 608 college students from 6 colleges and universities in Hubei Province were investigated and analyzed by using the revised suicidal ideation questionnaire by stratified cluster random sampling. The data were analyzed and processed by SPSS11.5 and LISREL18.30 statistical software. The results show that: 1. The revised suicide ideation questionnaire has good reliability and validity. 2. The overall screening rate of suicidal ideation among college students was 9.04%. There were significant differences in depression, despair and trait anxiety among college students with or without suicidal ideation (P < 0.01), but there was no significant difference in impulse. Some important demographic variables will have an impact on suicidal ideation of college students. Gender, grade, professional satisfaction and academic performance have a significant predictive effect on suicidal ideation. 3. The relationship between suicidal ideation and depression, despair, impulse and trait anxiety. The results of structural equation model test showed that depression and despair had significant predictive power on suicidal ideation, while impulse and trait anxiety had no significant predictive power on suicidal ideation. There was a significant positive correlation between depression, despair and trait anxiety. Finally, the research results are discussed and analyzed, and some intervention measures and suggestions for future research are put forward.
