多粘菌素B與美羅培南聯(lián)合用藥對泛耐藥銅綠假單胞菌體外抗菌活性的研究

【摘要】:目的評價多粘菌素B與美羅培南體外聯(lián)合應(yīng)用對臨床分離的30株泛耐藥銅綠假單胞菌的抗菌效應(yīng)。方法采用微量肉湯稀釋法和棋盤法測定多粘菌素B與美羅培南單獨用藥和聯(lián)合用藥后,臨床分離的30株泛耐藥的銅綠假單胞菌的最小抑菌濃度(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC),及計算部分抑菌濃度指數(shù)(fractional inhibitory concentration,FIC),根據(jù)FIC指數(shù)判定聯(lián)合效應(yīng)類型,判斷是否有協(xié)同或拮抗作用。結(jié)果多粘菌素B與美羅培南聯(lián)用后,藥物對泛耐藥銅綠假單胞菌的MIC值均顯著降低,FIC指數(shù)在0~0.5百分率為60%;FIC指數(shù)在0.5~1.0的百分率為30%。結(jié)論多粘菌素B與美羅培南聯(lián)合用藥后,以協(xié)同作用和相加作用為主,測定出分離的30株泛耐藥銅綠假單胞菌的抗菌作用無拮抗作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the antibacterial effect of polymyxin B combined with meropenem on 30 strains of pan-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated in vitro. Methods the minimal inhibitory concentration (minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC) of 30 strains of pan-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa were determined by microbroth dilution method and chessboard method after polymyxin B and meropenem were used alone and in combination. The partial bacteriostatic concentration index (fractional inhibitory concentration,FIC) was calculated, and the type of joint effect was determined according to FIC index to determine whether there was synergistic or antagonistic effect. Results after the combination of polymyxin B and meropenem, the MIC value of polymyxin B to Pseudomonas aeruginosa decreased significantly, and the percentage of FIC index at 0 ~ 0.5% and FIC index 0.5 鈮,
