抗白念珠菌感染的疫苗及抗體研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:白念珠菌是與人類(lèi)共生的條件致病真菌,能引起免疫力低下患者皮膚黏膜和全身系統(tǒng)性持續(xù)感染。系統(tǒng)性念珠菌病是引起免疫力低下患者死亡的主要原因之一。由于臨床缺乏念珠菌病的早期診療手段、可用的抗真菌藥物種類(lèi)有限且毒副作用大、耐藥菌株越來(lái)越普遍、新藥研發(fā)難度大等因素,抗真菌治療依然面臨著嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。目前有較多研究者致力于闡明白念珠菌感染的宿主免疫應(yīng)答機(jī)制,并試圖研發(fā)抗白念珠菌感染的免疫治療方法,使免疫治療有望成為預(yù)防和治療真菌感染的有效手段。該文將幾種抗白念珠菌感染的疫苗和抗體研究進(jìn)展作簡(jiǎn)要概述,旨在為新型抗白念珠菌感染疫苗及抗體的研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:Candida albicans is a conditional pathogenic fungus symbiotic with human beings, which can cause systemic and persistent infection of skin, mucous membrane and whole body in patients with low immunity. Systemic candidiasis is one of the main causes of death in patients with low immunity. Due to the lack of early diagnosis and treatment of candidiasis, the limited types of antifungal drugs available and the large toxic and side effects, drug-resistant strains are becoming more and more common, and the development of new drugs is difficult. Antifungal therapy is still facing severe challenges. At present, many researchers are devoted to elucidate the host immune response mechanism of candida albicans infection, and try to develop immunotherapy against candida albicans infection, so that immunotherapy is expected to be an effective means to prevent and treat fungal infection. In this paper, the research progress of several vaccines and antibodies against candida albicans infection was briefly reviewed, in order to provide reference for the research of new anti-candida albicans infection vaccines and antibodies.
