【摘要】：第一部分 精子圖譜 目的 初步描繪出精子的各類形態(tài)，為輔助生殖治療前助孕方式的選擇提供依據(jù)，加深對(duì)精子形態(tài)的認(rèn)識(shí)。 方法 采用世界衛(wèi)生組織推薦的巴氏染色方法。 結(jié)果 獲得了一套完整的精子形態(tài)圖譜。 結(jié)論 開展精子形態(tài)學(xué)檢查，對(duì)應(yīng)用輔助生殖技術(shù)治療不孕癥具有重要的指導(dǎo)和臨床實(shí)踐意義。 第二部分 精子形態(tài)對(duì)體外受精結(jié)局影響的研究 目的 探索正常形態(tài)精子、異常形態(tài)精子及未成熟精子(睪丸或附睪精子)對(duì)卵母細(xì)胞受精率、卵裂率、優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎發(fā)育率及臨床妊娠結(jié)局的影響，旨在為不孕癥患者行輔助生殖技術(shù)治療前助孕方式的選擇提供一種理論依據(jù)，同時(shí)也為輔助生殖技術(shù)方法的改進(jìn)和完善，，積累理論和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the first part is to describe the morphology of spermatozoa in order to provide the basis for the selection of assisted pregnancy before assisted reproductive therapy and to deepen the understanding of sperm morphology. Methods the pasteurian staining method recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) was used. Results A complete set of sperm morphology map was obtained. Conclusion sperm morphological examination has important guiding and clinical significance in the treatment of infertility by assisted reproductive technique. [WT5 "HZ] conclusion [WT5" BZ] [WT5 "BZ] Objective to explore the fertilization rate of normal sperm, abnormal sperm and immature sperm (testicular or epididymal sperm) on oocytes. The effects of cleavage rate, high quality embryo development rate and clinical pregnancy outcome were aimed at providing a theoretical basis for the choice of assisted pregnancy mode before treatment with assisted reproductive technology for infertile patients, and at the same time for improving and perfecting the methods of assisted reproductive technology. Accumulate theoretical and practical experience.
