【摘要】：研究目的 調(diào)查分析高校知識女性的健康狀況及其影響因素,探討有針對性的疾病預防措施和行之有效的心理治療模式,為高校擬定對知識女性健康狀況整體干預措施提供依據(jù),提高女性心身健康水平。 研究方法 本研究采用整群抽樣與分層抽樣結(jié)合法,將鄭州大學的1592名在職知識女性作為研究對象,選用SCL-90測量工具,編制高校知識女性心身健康影響因素問卷,分析體檢資料,從生理、心理、社會適應等方面對高校知識女性的健康問題做綜合研究,分類統(tǒng)計疾病譜和各種負性情緒,通過數(shù)據(jù)處理和分析,進行生理健康和心理健康評估。 研究結(jié)果 1.鄭州大學知識女性健康水平低,患病率高并與年齡呈正相關,罹患的疾病多數(shù)是慢性心身性疾病,而且一人兼患數(shù)種疾病,但常見婦科疾病患病率較低。 2.鄭州大學知識女性心理健康整體水平較好,不僅優(yōu)于國內(nèi)一般人群,而且在國內(nèi)高校知識女性中也處于較高的水平。但同時也存在著不容忽視的心理問題,如軀體化、抑郁、人際關系敏感以及焦慮等。 鄭州大學知識女性心理健康的年齡特點為:30～39歲和40～49歲年齡組的知識女性心理健康水平優(yōu)于其他年齡組;20～29歲年齡組心理健康整體水平明顯低于50～60歲年齡組;50～60歲年齡組在強迫、抑郁和敵對三個因子上高于30～39歲年齡組。 3.鄭州大學知識女性的社會境況總體上較好,對生活的滿意度較高,獨立性強,與同事相處比較融洽,幾乎沒有咖啡、酒、香煙等不良嗜好。但也有不利于身心
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and analyze the health status and its influencing factors of intellectual women in colleges and universities, and to explore targeted disease prevention measures and effective psychotherapy models. In order to improve the level of psychosomatic health of women, the whole intervention measures on the health status of intellectual women in colleges and universities were provided. Methods using cluster sampling and stratified sampling, 1592 women with knowledge in Zhengzhou University were selected as subjects, and the questionnaire of influencing factors of psychosomatic health of intellectual women in colleges and universities was compiled by using SCL-90 measurement tool. This paper analyzes the physical examination data, makes a comprehensive study on the health problems of the intellectual women in colleges and universities from the aspects of physiology, psychology and social adaptation, classifies and statistics the disease spectrum and all kinds of negative emotions, and through the data processing and analysis, Conduct physical and mental health assessment. Research results 1. The knowledge women in Zhengzhou University have low health level, high prevalence rate and positive correlation with age. Most of the diseases are chronic psychosomatic diseases, and one person also has several diseases, but the prevalence rate of common gynecological diseases is relatively low. 2. The overall level of mental health of the educated women in Zhengzhou University is better than that of the general population in China, and it is also in a higher level among the intellectual women in colleges and universities in our country. But there are also some psychological problems, such as somatization, depression, interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety. The age characteristics of intellectual women in Zhengzhou University were as follows: the mental health level of intellectual women in 30-39-year-old and 40-49-year-old groups was better than that in other age groups, and the overall mental health level in 20-29-year-old group was significantly lower than that in 50-60-year-old group; The 50-year-old 60-year-old group was higher than the 30-39-year-old age group in obsessive-compulsive, depressive and hostile factors. 3. The knowledge women in Zhengzhou University generally have better social situation, higher satisfaction with life, stronger independence, more harmonious relationship with colleagues, almost no bad hobbies such as coffee, wine, cigarettes and so on. But it's also bad for the body and mind.
