多成分藥物腸吸收代謝數(shù)學(xué)算法的設(shè)計(jì)與分析

【摘要】:生物藥劑學(xué)分類系統(tǒng)(biopharmaceutics classification system,BCS)中的滲透性評(píng)價(jià)主要指向腸吸收問(wèn)題,相對(duì)于單一成分藥物,在中藥生物藥劑學(xué)分類系統(tǒng)(biopharmaceutics classification system of Chinese materia medica,CMMBCS)構(gòu)建中,多成分環(huán)境下的某單一成分吸收代謝受到多成分體系的影響而更為復(fù)雜,亟需適當(dāng)?shù)臄?shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行描述。作者團(tuán)隊(duì)在借鑒已有單成分腸吸收代謝數(shù)學(xué)算法的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了多成分藥物腸吸收代謝數(shù)學(xué)算法,提出參數(shù)P影響(多成分環(huán)境下某一單成分的吸收代謝相對(duì)于其單成分環(huán)境下的吸收代謝相對(duì)變化率)來(lái)反映多成分體系對(duì)其中某一單成分的吸收代謝影響,突出了多成分環(huán)境下藥物腸吸收代謝的特點(diǎn),為中藥生物藥劑學(xué)分類系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The permeability evaluation in biopharmaceutical classification system (biopharmaceutics classification system,BCS) mainly points to the problem of intestinal absorption. Compared with single component drugs, it is used in the construction of Chinese medicine biopharmaceutical classification system (biopharmaceutics classification system of Chinese materia medica,CMMBCS). The absorption and metabolism of a single component in multi-component environment is more complicated by the influence of multi-component system, and it needs to be described by appropriate mathematical model. Based on the existing mathematical algorithms of single component intestinal absorption and metabolism, the author's team designed a mathematical algorithm for intestinal absorption and metabolism of multicomponent drugs. The influence of parameter P (relative change rate of absorption metabolism of a single component relative to that of a single component in multi-component environment) is proposed to reflect the effect of multi-component system on the absorption and metabolism of a single component. The characteristics of intestinal absorption and metabolism in multicomponent environment were highlighted, which laid a foundation for the construction of biopharmaceutical classification system of traditional Chinese medicine.
