【摘要】：目的探討學(xué)齡前兒童攻擊性行為及其與健康狀況的關(guān)系,為有針對性地開展預(yù)防工作提供參考。方法采用兒童行為量表(CBCL)攻擊分量表和一般情況問卷,對整群抽取的上海市10所幼兒園1 234名學(xué)齡前兒童進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果學(xué)齡前兒童攻擊性行為發(fā)生率為12.9%,男孩攻擊性量表得分顯著高于女孩(P0.05)。目前健康狀況好的兒童攻擊性行為發(fā)生率顯著低于健康狀況一般或較差者,1歲內(nèi)不適癥狀較多者攻擊性行為發(fā)生率顯著高于其他兒童,曾患疾病的兒童攻擊性行為發(fā)生率顯著高于未曾患疾病者,兒童存在入睡困難也顯著增加攻擊性行為的發(fā)生率,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論學(xué)齡前兒童攻擊性行為發(fā)生率較高,健康狀況較差、1歲內(nèi)不適癥狀較多或曾患疾病等與學(xué)齡前兒童攻擊性行為的發(fā)生密切相關(guān)。應(yīng)采取有針對性的防范措施,預(yù)防和減少兒童的攻擊性行為。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between aggressive behavior and health status of preschool children, and to provide reference for prevention. Methods A total of 1 234 preschool children in 10 kindergartens in Shanghai were investigated by (CBCL) aggression subscale and general situation questionnaire. Results the incidence of aggressive behavior in preschool children was 12.9 and the score of boys' aggression scale was significantly higher than that of girls (P0.05). The incidence of aggressive behavior in children with good health status was significantly lower than that in children with poor or normal health status. The incidence of aggressive behavior in children with more symptoms within 1 year of age was significantly higher than that of other children. The incidence of aggressive behavior in children with previous diseases was significantly higher than that in children without disease, and the incidence of aggressive behaviors was significantly increased in children with difficulty falling asleep (P < 0.05). Conclusion the incidence of aggressive behavior in preschool children is higher and their health status is poor. The occurrence of aggressive behavior in preschool children is closely related to the more symptoms of discomfort or previous illness within one year of age. Preventive measures should be taken to prevent and reduce children's aggressive behavior.
