N-乙酰半胱氨酸對(duì)銅綠假單胞菌的耐藥性及綠膿菌素產(chǎn)量的影響

【摘要】:正銅綠假單胞菌(pseudomonas aeruginosa)是院內(nèi)感染的主要病原菌之一,具有很強(qiáng)的耐藥性。其產(chǎn)生的次級(jí)代謝產(chǎn)物綠膿菌素(pyocyanin,PCN),可改變細(xì)胞內(nèi)氧化還原水平,對(duì)宿主造成氧化傷害,是導(dǎo)致銅綠假單胞菌感染病人死亡的主要原因之一[1-3]。N-乙酰半胱氨酸(N-acetylcysteine,NAC)是一種含有巰基的小分子化合物,常被作為抗氧化劑,用來改善細(xì)胞內(nèi)氧化還原水平[2,4],因此在一些臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)
[Abstract]:Pseudomonas aeruginosa (pseudomonas aeruginosa) is one of the main pathogens of nosocomial infection. Its secondary metabolite, pyocyanin (pyocyanin,PCN), can change the intracellular redox level and cause oxidative damage to the host. N-acetylcysteine (N-acetylcysteine NAC) is one of the leading causes of death in patients infected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa [1-3]. N-acetylcysteine NAC, a small molecular compound containing sulfhydryl, is often used as an antioxidant to improve intracellular redox levels [2n4], so it has been used in some clinical trials.
