【摘要】： 我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)了以遠(yuǎn)端腕橫紋為橫坐標(biāo),3、4掌骨間隙的縱行線(xiàn)為縱坐標(biāo)的手掌部二分法。通過(guò)19側(cè)新鮮標(biāo)本的顯微解剖學(xué)研究,應(yīng)用該方法分別觀測(cè)了正中神經(jīng)、尺神經(jīng)及其分支在該坐標(biāo)系內(nèi)的體表投影位置。 通過(guò)本組研究證明:1手掌兩分區(qū)法具有簡(jiǎn)明實(shí)用的特點(diǎn),依據(jù)神經(jīng)分支點(diǎn)體表投影的位置,可以準(zhǔn)確地判斷正中神經(jīng)、尺神經(jīng)及其分支在手部的走行及分布;2手掌部正中神經(jīng)、尺神經(jīng)及其分支的位置相對(duì)恒定,但仍存在一定的變異;3依據(jù)對(duì)神經(jīng)分支點(diǎn)的測(cè)量結(jié)果,可設(shè)計(jì)腕管綜合癥、腕尺管綜合癥、正中神經(jīng)返支探查與尺神經(jīng)深支探查手術(shù)的合理切口。
[Abstract]:We designed a method of palmar division with the vertical line of the space between the distal carpal striae and the metacarpal space as the vertical coordinate and the transverse striation of the distal wrist as the transverse coordinate of the metacarpal space. Based on the microanatomical study of 19 fresh specimens, the projection positions of median nerve, ulnar nerve and their branches in this coordinate system were observed by this method. It is proved by this study that the two-partition method of "1: 1 palm" is simple and practical. According to the position of the surface projection of the nerve branch point, the median nerve, the ulnar nerve and its branches can be accurately judged and distributed in the middle nerve of the palm. The position of ulnar nerve and its branches is relatively constant, but there are still some variations. According to the measured results of nerve branches, carpal tunnel syndrome and ulnar tunnel syndrome can be designed. Rational incision for exploration of recurrent branch of median nerve and deep branch of ulnar nerve.
