【摘要】：1999年,Tsuno等在酵母中發(fā)現(xiàn)了一個核糖體合成調控蛋白,命名為RRS1。在酵母中,RRS1是一個多功能的蛋白,與核糖體產物因子2相互作用,在25S r RNA成熟過程中起重要作用,并參與核糖體60S大亞基的生物合成。在哺乳動物細胞中,RRS1參與細胞周期中染色體在赤道板的聚集和端粒的聚集。RRS1在亨廷頓病等的發(fā)生中發(fā)揮著重要作用。我們簡要概述RRS1的功能及其與疾病的關系。
[Abstract]:In 1999, Tsuno et al. discovered a ribosomal synthesis regulatory protein in yeast, named RRS1. In yeast, RRS1 is a multifunctional protein, interacts with ribosomal product factor 2, plays an important role in the ripening process of 25S R RNA, and participates in the biosynthesis of large subunits of ribosomal 60S. RRS1 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of Huntington's disease and so on. We briefly summarize the function of RRS1 and its relationship with disease.
