雙歧桿菌與乳酸桿菌混合發(fā)酵條件的優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:本文通過正交試驗,首先優(yōu)化雙歧桿菌和乳酸桿菌混合發(fā)酵工藝,確定得出其最適發(fā)酵條件為:初始pH值為7.2,培養(yǎng)溫度為35℃,最佳培養(yǎng)基配方為酵母膏0.9%,胰蛋白胨0.6%,大豆蛋白胨0.3%,葡萄糖2.5%,雙歧因子(低聚果糖)0.3%,生長因子5%。在此基礎上,在100L發(fā)酵罐規(guī)模,進行了乳酸菌和雙歧桿菌通過上述條件混合發(fā)酵中實驗試,實驗結果顯示,發(fā)酵液中雙歧桿菌、乳酸桿菌發(fā)酵液的活菌數(shù)均達到每mL在10億/mL個以上,可以滿足產(chǎn)業(yè)化需要。
