陳氏貍殖吸蟲(chóng)形態(tài)學(xué)及兩種宿主適宜性的研究

【摘要】:[目的] 觀(guān)察陳氏貍殖吸蟲(chóng)各期形態(tài),并與斯氏貍殖吸蟲(chóng)的主要形態(tài)特征作比較;探討陳氏貍殖吸蟲(chóng)與貓和大鼠的適宜性。 [方法]從陳氏貍殖吸蟲(chóng)流行區(qū)采集溪蟹,分離并觀(guān)察囊蚴形態(tài),人工感染實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物貓1只和大鼠20只,貓經(jīng)口感染,大鼠經(jīng)口和腹腔注射感染.40d后檢查糞便,觀(guān)察排出蟲(chóng)卵的時(shí)間,90-112天內(nèi)剖殺動(dòng)物,回收蟲(chóng)體,計(jì)算獲蟲(chóng)率及成蟲(chóng)率,并進(jìn)行形態(tài)觀(guān)察及比較。 [結(jié)果]陳氏貍殖吸蟲(chóng)的囊蚴、后尾蚴、成蟲(chóng)、蟲(chóng)卵的主要形態(tài)特征為:囊蚴的囊壁為單層、大小為0.445×0.440mm;后尾蚴的排泄囊為長(zhǎng)袋形;成蟲(chóng)大小為10.12±0.88×3.34±0.65mm、寬長(zhǎng)比例為1:2.44-1:3.2,腹吸盤(pán)大于口吸盤(pán),卵巢有中心體、分4-6葉、呈指狀分葉、其位置靠近腹吸盤(pán),睪丸呈長(zhǎng)形分葉、分4-6葉、長(zhǎng)度約為體長(zhǎng)的1/6,體棘為混生型;蟲(chóng)卵多數(shù)略不對(duì)稱(chēng)。實(shí)驗(yàn)貓糞檢出現(xiàn)蟲(chóng)卵的時(shí)間為感染后第50d;大鼠陽(yáng)性者4只,排卵時(shí)間分別為感染后第68、68、70、70d。貓的獲蟲(chóng)率為20%,成蟲(chóng)率為87.5%;大鼠獲蟲(chóng)率為6.67%,成蟲(chóng)率為43.75%。 [結(jié)論]陳氏貍殖吸蟲(chóng)的囊蚴及成蟲(chóng)形態(tài)具有特征性,其中囊蚴的囊壁層數(shù)及厚度、成蟲(chóng)卵巢的形態(tài)及體棘的排列是其與斯氏貍殖吸蟲(chóng)主要的區(qū)別點(diǎn)。陳氏貍殖吸蟲(chóng)與貓和大鼠的適宜性均比較好,這兩種動(dòng)物均可作為陳氏貍殖吸蟲(chóng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)終宿主。
[Abstract]:[objective] to observe the morphology of Pagumogonimus Chen in different stages and compare it with the main morphological characteristics of P. skrjabini, and to explore the suitability of the paragonimus Chen with cats and rats. [methods] Creek crabs were collected from the endemic areas of paragonimus chengii, and the morphology of cysticercaria was observed. One cat and 20 rats were artificially infected. The cats were infected by mouth, and faeces were examined by oral and intraperitoneal injection for 40 days. To observe the time of excretion of eggs within 90-112 days to kill animals, to recover the insect body, to calculate the rate of worm acquisition and adult, and to make morphological observation and comparison. [results] the main morphological characteristics of cysticercus, posterior cercariae, adults and eggs of Pagopogonimus Chen were as follows: the cyst wall of cysticercus was monolayer, the size was 0.445 脳 0.440 mm, the excretory cyst of posterior cercariae was long bag shape. The adult worm was 10.12 鹵0.88 脳 3.34 鹵0.65mm in size, with a width to length ratio of 1: 2.44-1: 3.2. the abdominal sucker was larger than the oral sucker, and the ovary had a central body. The ovary was divided into 4-6 leaves, which were finger lobed, and the testis were long lobed, 4-6 leaves, the length of the sucker was about 1 / 6 of body length, and the spines were mixed. Most eggs are slightly asymmetrical. The time of emergence of eggs in feces of experimental cats was the 50th day after infection, and the ovulation time of 4 positive rats was the 68th, 6870th and 70th day after infection, respectively. The rate of catching insects was 20 in cats and 87.5 in adults and 6.67 in rats and 43.75 in adults. [conclusion] the shape of cysticercaria and adults of Pagumogonimus Chen is characteristic. The number and thickness of cyst wall, the shape of ovary and the arrangement of body spine are the main distinguishing points between Cysticercus and paragonimus skrjabini. The suitability of paragonimus Chen is better than that of cat and rat. These two animals can be used as the final host of the experiment.
