【摘要】：頸靜脈孔區(qū)是指頸靜脈孔及其內(nèi)、外口毗鄰的區(qū)域,其中頸靜脈孔位置深在,空間狹小,走行結(jié)構(gòu)多,其形態(tài)、大小及深淺存在個體和左右差異,并且與周圍許多結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系密切。頸靜脈孔發(fā)生腫瘤時不僅累及其神經(jīng)、血管,而且損害周圍結(jié)構(gòu)。自20世紀60年代起國內(nèi)外許多學(xué)者對該區(qū)進行了研究,但因該區(qū)域結(jié)構(gòu)的復(fù)雜性和研究角度的不同,使頸靜脈孔區(qū)的顯微解剖學(xué)資料仍顯不足。本文利用12具(24側(cè))防腐成人頭頸部標(biāo)本及30具(60側(cè))干性成人顱骨標(biāo)本,顯微解剖,觀測頸靜脈孔區(qū)的形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu),對重要結(jié)構(gòu)進行量化分析,并對頸靜脈孔區(qū)的硬膜形態(tài)、神經(jīng)走行、血運、頸靜脈孔的分部以及該區(qū)域與周圍結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系、手術(shù)顯露、重要結(jié)構(gòu)的術(shù)中保護等問題做了闡述。以期為在為手術(shù)中合理選擇手術(shù)入路及保護重要的神經(jīng)、血管提供顯微解剖學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The jugular foramen area refers to the area adjacent to the jugular foramen and its internal and external orifice, in which the jugular foramen is deep in position, narrow in space, with more walking structure, and its shape, size and depth are different between individuals and left and right. And it is closely related to many structures around. Jugular foramen tumors not only involved nerves and blood vessels, but also damaged the surrounding structures. Since 1960s, many scholars at home and abroad have studied the area, but due to the complexity of the structure of the region and the different angles of study, the microanatomy of the jugular foramen area is still insufficient. In this paper, 12 (24 sides) antiseptic adult head and neck specimens and 30 (60 sides) dry adult skulls were dissected, the morphological structure of jugular foramen was observed, the important structures were quantitatively analyzed, and the dural morphology of jugular foramen was analyzed. The relationship between the region and the surrounding structure, the operative exposure, the intraoperative protection of the important structure, and so on, are discussed in this paper, such as nerve walking, blood circulation, jugular foramen division, and the relationship between the region and the surrounding structure. The aim is to provide the microanatomical basis for the rational selection of operative approach and the protection of important nerves and blood vessels.
