華中地區(qū)I型人類免疫缺陷病毒(HIV-1)分子流行病學(xué)及耐藥基因型的研究
[Abstract]:1. Molecular Epidemiology of HIV-1 among paid Blood donors in Henan Province and Hubei Province in Central China the spread of HIV-1 in China has been increasing since it was introduced into China. The scope is getting wider and wider. In many areas of Henan and Hubei provinces, people infected with HIV-1 through paid blood supply have attracted wide attention from all walks of life. In order to study the genetic background of HIV-1 in the paid blood donors of Henan and Hubei Province, we analyzed the molecular epidemiology of the samples collected from 2000 to 2004. Of the collected specimens, 69 were paid blood donors from different areas of Henan and Hubei provinces. Based on the phylogenetic analysis of HIV-1 gag, we find that the genetic distance of HIV-1 is very close among the paid blood donors in these two provinces. The prevalence of YN.RIA2 in Henan Province was 3.8 鹵0.8, while that in Hubei was 4.2 鹵0.9, which was smaller than that in Yunnan Province (5.6%), and were similar to the YN.RIA2 strains previously found in Yunnan Province, and were all B'subtype viruses. Analysis of env and pol fragments of the virus showed the same result. Moreover, we do not see the virus clustered in different branches of the evolutionary tree according to different regions in the evolutionary tree. Our results show that the virus is the main virus strain in the paid blood supply population in Henan and Hubei Province, and its origin is the same, which is probably introduced from Yunnan. Moreover, the time of transmission to Henan and Hubei Province may be earlier than that of 07C and 08SZ recombined virus in Dehong region of Yunnan Province. At the same time, we also analyzed the prevalence of HIV-1 in Beijing, Xinjiang and other places. Different from HIV-1 which is prevalent in paid blood supply population, HIV-1 infected by sexual transmission in Beijing is mainly subtype B virus in Europe and America, and in drug users in Xinjiang, it is mainly the 07BC recombinant disease.
