【摘要】：腸道病毒71(enterovirus 71,EV71)是手足口病(hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD)主要致病原之一。手足口病臨床上常表現(xiàn)為發(fā)熱,手掌、腳掌及口腔黏膜皮疹或皰疹。然而,EV71感染導(dǎo)致的手足口病易伴隨神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)并發(fā)癥,甚至死亡。EV71非結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白2A作為蛋白酶和轉(zhuǎn)錄激活因子,在EV71生命周期中發(fā)揮重要作用。本文對(duì)2A的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,揭示2A的雙重功能如何促進(jìn)病毒復(fù)制和調(diào)控靶細(xì)胞,為進(jìn)一步研究靶向2A的抗病毒疫苗和藥物提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Enterovirus 71 (enterovirus 71) is one of the major pathogens of hand-foot and mouth disease (HFMD). Hand-foot-mouth disease is often characterized by fever, rash or herpes in the palms, soles of feet and oral mucosa. However, HFMD caused by EV71 infection is prone to complications of nervous system, and even death. EV71 non-structural protein 2A, as a protease and transcription activator, plays an important role in EV71 life cycle. In this paper, the structure and function of 2A are reviewed, which reveals how the dual function of 2A promotes viral replication and regulates target cells, and provides a theoretical basis for the further study of antiviral vaccines and drugs targeting 2A.
