【摘要】：目的對(duì)火箭電泳法用于檢測(cè)ACYW135群腦膜炎球菌多糖疫苗的多糖含量和多糖分子大小進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。方法用化學(xué)法和火箭電泳法分別檢測(cè)ACYW135群腦膜炎球菌多糖疫苗的多糖含量和多糖分子大小,統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析兩種方法的檢測(cè)結(jié)果。結(jié)果兩種方法的檢測(cè)結(jié)果差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論火箭電泳法可以用于檢測(cè)ACYW135群腦膜炎球菌多糖疫苗的多糖含量和多糖分子大小。
[Abstract]:Objective to verify the detection of polysaccharide content and molecular size of ACYW135 meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine by rocket electrophoresis. Methods the polysaccharide content and molecular size of ACYW135 group meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine were detected by chemical method and rocket electrophoresis respectively. The results of the two methods were statistically analyzed. Results there was no significant difference between the two methods. Conclusion Rocket electrophoresis can be used to detect polysaccharide content and molecular size of ACYW135 meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine.
