【摘要】：目的:建立長爪沙鼠速發(fā)型高脂血癥模型的方法,探討其高脂血癥的發(fā)生,發(fā)展及與動脈粥樣硬化的相關(guān)性。 方法:高膽固醇組用含 1%膽固醇高脂飼料分別飼養(yǎng)大、小鼠和沙鼠,檢測其血清 TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,TG;高脂組沙鼠飼以 1%膽固醇+10%豬油+10%蛋黃粉的高脂飼料,檢測血清 TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,TG,在 120 天時處死動物,作組織形態(tài)學(xué)觀察。 結(jié)果:高膽固醇組沙鼠的 TC,HDL-C,LDL-C 在第 1 周時明顯的升高,并且平穩(wěn)的保持到四周。而 TG 相對平穩(wěn),沒有變化。而大鼠,小鼠的 TC,HDL-C,LDL-C, TG 沒有變化。高脂組沙鼠的 TC,HDL-C,LDL-C 的值一直都明顯高于對照組,以LDL-C 升高為主,且出現(xiàn)了嚴(yán)重的脂肪肝,肝硬化,脾臟腫大和主動脈根部粥樣硬化。 結(jié)論:通過飼喂高脂飼料可快速誘發(fā)長爪沙鼠形成高脂血癥模型;加重高脂血癥的程度能導(dǎo)致長爪沙鼠形成動脈粥樣硬化的病理改變。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish the model of rapid hyperlipidemia in gerbils with long claws and to explore the occurrence and development of hyperlipidemia and the relationship between hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis. Methods: the rats in high cholesterol group were fed with 1% cholesterol and high fat diet respectively. Mice and gerbils were tested for serum TCU HDL-C LDL-CG, high fat diet fed with 1% cholesterol 10% lard and 10% egg yolk powder, serum TCU HDL-C LDL-CG was detected, and animals were killed at 120 days, and the mice were killed at 120 days after feeding with 1% cholesterol 10% lard and 10% egg yolk powder. Results: the LDL-C of HDL-C in high cholesterol group increased significantly at the 1st week and kept steadily for four weeks. And TG is relatively stable, no change. However, there was no change in LDL-C and TG in rats and mice. The level of LDL-C in the high fat group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and there were severe fatty liver and liver cirrhosis. Conclusion: hyperlipidemia model can be induced quickly by feeding high fat diet, and the degree of hyperlipidemia can lead to the pathological changes of atherosclerosis in long claw gerbils.
