【摘要】：瘧原蟲結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、蛋白種類眾多,但每種蛋白質(zhì)的特性決定了其被開發(fā)、利用的局限性。本文圍繞瘧原蟲紅細(xì)胞膜蛋白1(PfEMP1)、瘧原蟲多藥抗性蛋白1(PfMRP1)、瘧原蟲組氨酸富集蛋白1(HPR-Ⅰ)等的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能和各自作為疫苗候選抗原、免疫診斷抗原或藥物作用靶抗原的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了簡要概述。
