【摘要】：目的探討大學(xué)生的擇業(yè)完美主義與就業(yè)壓力、擇業(yè)焦慮的關(guān)系,以及就業(yè)壓力的中介作用。方法用大學(xué)生擇業(yè)完美主義量表、就業(yè)壓力量表和擇業(yè)焦慮量表對858名大學(xué)生進行測驗。結(jié)果 (1)女生的追求理想和就業(yè)壓力高于男生,在乎挫折低于男生;重點大學(xué)的自我實現(xiàn)高于非重點大學(xué),就業(yè)壓力和焦慮低于非重點大學(xué);城市籍學(xué)生的就業(yè)壓力和焦慮低于鄉(xiāng)村籍學(xué)生。一年級的完美主義心理和家庭壓力感比高年級健康,但專業(yè)壓力和缺乏支持感強與高年級。(2)積極完美主義與就業(yè)壓力、擇業(yè)焦慮呈負相關(guān),消極完美主義與就業(yè)壓力、擇業(yè)焦慮呈正相關(guān),就業(yè)壓力與擇業(yè)焦慮呈正相關(guān);(3)就業(yè)壓力對自我實現(xiàn)、在乎挫折、要求太高和擇業(yè)焦慮起部分中介作用。結(jié)論鼓勵自我實現(xiàn)、提高抗挫能力和設(shè)置合理目標能降低擇業(yè)焦慮。擇業(yè)心理健康教育應(yīng)從新生開始。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between job perfectionism and employment pressure, job anxiety, and the intermediary role of employment pressure. Methods 858 college students were tested with the job perfectionism scale, the employment stress scale and the job choice anxiety scale. Results 1) female students' pursuit of ideal and employment pressure was higher than that of male students, and their frustration was lower than that of male students, while the self-realization of key universities was higher than that of non-key universities, and the employment pressure and anxiety were lower than that of non-key universities. The employment pressure and anxiety of urban students were lower than those of rural students. The perfectionism psychology and family pressure in grade one were healthier than those in senior grade, but professional pressure and lack of support were stronger than those in grade 2) positive perfectionism was negatively correlated with employment pressure, job anxiety was negatively correlated with job anxiety, and negative perfectionism was associated with employment pressure. There is a positive correlation between job anxiety and employment pressure. 3) Employment pressure plays a part of intermediary role in self-realization, frustration, too high requirement and job anxiety. Conclusion encouraging self-realization, improving anti-frustration ability and setting reasonable goals can reduce job anxiety. The mental health education of choosing a job should begin with the new students.
