【摘要】:三叉神經(jīng)本體覺(jué)對(duì)于維持下頜運(yùn)動(dòng)的協(xié)調(diào)至為關(guān)鍵。研究三叉本體覺(jué)信息調(diào)控運(yùn)動(dòng)的直接和間接反射環(huán)路,以及向小腦或大腦傳導(dǎo)的通路具有重要意義。然而,有關(guān)三叉神經(jīng)本體覺(jué)的傳導(dǎo)通路和局部反射環(huán)路,到目前為止仍不清楚。口面部本體覺(jué)初級(jí)傳入神經(jīng)元位于三叉神經(jīng)中腦核(mesencephalic trigeminal nucleus,Vme),在過(guò)去的30年,本教研室對(duì)大鼠Vme向丘腦的傳導(dǎo)通路進(jìn)行了大量的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)傳遞口面部本體感覺(jué)信息的中樞通路為存在于 Vme 和丘腦腹后內(nèi)側(cè)核(ventral posteromedial nucleus,VPM)之間的分別由三級(jí)(“三級(jí)通路”)和四級(jí)(“四級(jí)通路”)神經(jīng)元組成的兩條平行通路。其中組成“三級(jí)通路”的核團(tuán)依次為Vme、三叉神經(jīng)感覺(jué)主核背內(nèi)側(cè)部(Vpdm)和丘腦VPM;組成“四級(jí)通路”的核團(tuán)依次為Vme、三叉神經(jīng)脊束核吻側(cè)亞核背內(nèi)側(cè)部及其鄰接的外側(cè)網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)(Vodm-LRF)、“帶狀區(qū)”[包括三叉上核的尾外側(cè)部(Vsup-CL)、Vpdm、三叉神經(jīng)運(yùn)動(dòng)核腹側(cè)部(AVM)和位于上橄欖核背側(cè)部(ADO)]以及丘腦VPM。但由于方法學(xué)的限制,,“四級(jí)通路”一直未被廣泛認(rèn)可。 近年來(lái)已經(jīng)證明的囊泡膜谷氨酸轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)體有三種亞型,分別被命名為VGLUT1、VGLUT2和VGLUT3。VGLUT1和VGLUT2已被作為谷氨酸能神經(jīng)元特異的標(biāo)識(shí)物。在脊髓和延髓背角內(nèi),VGLUT1在所有的有髓初級(jí)傳入纖維的終末內(nèi)均表達(dá)。 CTb可以較好地跨節(jié)追蹤粗的有髓初級(jí)傳入纖維的中樞突(CA)和其
[Abstract]:Trigeminal proprioception is essential to maintain the coordination of mandibular movement. It is of great significance to study the direct and indirect reflex loop of trigeminal proprioceptive information and the pathway to the cerebellum or cerebellum. However, the conduction pathway and local reflex loop of trigeminal proprioception are still unclear. Primary afferent neurons of oral and facial proprioception are located in mesencephalic trigeminal nucleus of trigeminal nerve. In the past 30 years, the conduction pathway from Vme to thalamus in rats has been studied extensively. It was found that the central pathway for transmitting the proprioceptive information was composed of two parallel pathways between Vme and ventral posteromedial of the ventral medial thalamic nucleus (VPM), which were composed of three ("third pathway") and four (four) neurons, respectively. Vme, Vpdm of dorsal medial part of sensory nucleus of trigeminal nerve and VPMof thalamus were composed of "tertiary pathway", and Vme, dorsal medial part of rostral subnucleus of trigeminal nucleus of spinal tract and adjacent external nucleus of trigeminal spinal tract nucleus were composed of Vme, Vpdm and VPMs of thalamus, and Vme, dorsal medial part of rostral subnucleus of trigeminal spinal tract nucleus. Vodm-LRFA, "zonal region" (including Vsup-CLA Vpdm in the lateral caudal part of the superior trigeminal nucleus, AVM in the ventral part of the trigeminal motor nucleus) and in the dorsal part of the superior olivary nucleus (ADO), as well as the thalamus VPM. However, due to the limitations of methodology, the four-level pathway has not been widely recognized. In recent years, three subtypes of vesicular glutamate transporter, named VGLUT1, VGLUT2, VGLUT3.VGLUT1 and VGLUT2, have been identified as specific markers of glutamate neurons. VGLUT1 was expressed in the spinal cord and dorsal horn of medulla oblongata at the end of all myelinated primary afferent fibers. CTb can be used to track the central processes of the coarse myelinated primary afferent fibers across the ganglia.
