【摘要】： [目的]面部肌肉的外感受抑制(exteroceptive suppressions，ES)是指人的三叉神經(jīng)支配區(qū)接受一個(gè)電刺激后閉頜活動(dòng)產(chǎn)生相對(duì)或絕對(duì)的抑制，可分為第一外感受抑制(ES1)和第二外感受抑制(ES2)。有研究表明顳肌活動(dòng)的ES2抑制受到腦干中5-HT能神經(jīng)元的調(diào)控。另有研究顯示，除焦慮外，攻擊人格特質(zhì)也和腦內(nèi)5-HT能神經(jīng)元活動(dòng)有關(guān)。而神經(jīng)質(zhì)—焦慮特質(zhì)已證明顯著地減少顳肌的ES2，，因此，我們開展了高或低攻擊人格特質(zhì)與顳肌外感受抑制相關(guān)性的研究。 [方法]我們根據(jù)DSM-Ⅳ對(duì)65名高、低攻擊傾向個(gè)體做出臨床診斷，其中22名為反社會(huì)型、邊緣人格或自戀型人格障礙患者。然后他們完成Zuckerman-Kuhlman人格量表(ZKPQ)、感覺尋求量表(SSS)、Plutchik-van Praag抑郁量表(PVP)，并接受顳肌外感受抑制實(shí)驗(yàn)，最后選取符合研究分析要求的49名對(duì)象(高攻擊22名，低攻擊27名)的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。 [結(jié)果]高攻擊組的平均顳肌ES2持續(xù)期顯著地短于低攻擊組。高攻擊組ZKPQ的沖動(dòng)感覺尋求、神經(jīng)質(zhì)—焦慮和攻擊—敵意三個(gè)分量表的得分，以及PVP量表總分明顯高于低攻擊組。在2組數(shù)據(jù)中的人格特質(zhì)與顳肌ES2的潛伏期或持續(xù)期均不相關(guān)。在所有的49例對(duì)象中PVP量表總分與顳肌ES2的持續(xù)期呈負(fù)相關(guān)。 [結(jié)論]本研究從神經(jīng)生理學(xué)角度揭示了高攻擊人格特質(zhì)個(gè)體可能存在腦干或邊緣系統(tǒng)的功能紊亂。
[Abstract]:[objective] the external sensory inhibition of facial muscles (external octopeptive suppressor suppressionsESE) refers to the relative or absolute inhibition of closed jaw activity after electrical stimulation in human trigeminal innervation area, which can be divided into the first external sensory suppression (ES1) and the second external sensory inhibition (ES2). Studies have shown that the ES2 inhibition of temporal muscle activity is regulated by 5-HT neurons in the brain stem. In addition to anxiety, aggressive personality traits are also associated with 5-HT neuron activity in the brain. Neuroticism and anxiety traits have been shown to significantly reduce ES2 in the temporal muscles. Therefore, we have conducted a study on the correlation between high or low aggressive personality traits and the inhibition of extramuscular temporal perception.
