建立犬主動脈夾層模型的初步研究

【摘要】:研究目的:探索建立一種建立理想夾層模型的方法。研究不同時間點夾層標本的力學參數(shù)的變化,探索夾層的演變規(guī)律。方法:1.采用開胸的手術(shù)的方式,共嘗試4種夾層復制方法,影像學檢查觀察夾層假腔的形態(tài)。2.多功能生物測試儀測量不同時間點夾層標本外壁和內(nèi)壁的最大負荷和應變。結(jié)果:1.采用上述各方法均能復制出夾層模型,復制方法4最為理想。2.夾層內(nèi)、外壁2W時的最大負荷小于1W時的最大負荷,隨著時間的推移逐漸升高,1m時較1W、2W升高,而3m、6m、12m時變化不大。隨夾層外壁標本的應變程度逐漸下降,夾層標本的彈性下降。結(jié)論:本實驗復制方法4可以成功地建立較為符合病理生理的主動脈夾層模型。夾層標本內(nèi)外壁的最大負荷呈現(xiàn)出如下趨勢:2W時夾層的力學強度最低,隨時間推移,夾層的力學強度逐漸增加,該趨勢可能與組織的炎癥反應與消退有關(guān)。隨時間的推移,夾層外壁標本的應變程度逐漸下降,夾層壁彈性下降,硬度增加。該趨勢可能與動脈壁組織的機化有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore a method of establishing ideal interlayer model. The change of mechanical parameters of sandwich specimens at different time points was studied and the evolution law of interlayer was explored. Method 1: 1. Four kinds of mezzanine duplication methods were tried by open chest operation. The morphology of false cavity of mezzanine was observed by imaging examination. The maximum load and strain of the inner and outer walls of sandwich specimens at different time points were measured by a multifunctional biological tester. The result is 1: 1. The sandwich model can be duplicated by all the methods mentioned above, and method 4 is the most ideal. 2. 2. In the intercalation, the maximum load of the outer wall at 2W is less than that at 1W, and gradually increases with time at 1 m than that at 1W ~ 2W, but it does not change at 3m ~ 6m ~ (12) m. With the strain degree of the mezzanine wall decreased gradually, the elasticity of the sandwich specimen decreased. Conclusion: the model of aortic dissection which accords with pathophysiology can be successfully established by method 4 of this experiment. The maximum load of the inner and outer wall of the sandwich specimen showed the following trend: the mechanical strength of the interlayer was the lowest at the age of 2 W, and the mechanical strength of the interlayer increased gradually with the passage of time, which may be related to the inflammation reaction and the regression of the tissue. As time goes on, the strain degree of the sandwich wall decreases gradually, the elasticity of the sandwich wall decreases and the hardness increases. This trend may be related to the organization of arterial wall tissue.
