【摘要】：研究背景:舟月骨分離是腕關(guān)節(jié)不穩(wěn)定最常見(jiàn)的類型,其發(fā)生以舟月骨間韌帶的斷裂為前提,此病發(fā)生后可引起腕關(guān)節(jié)疼痛等癥狀,嚴(yán)重者可導(dǎo)致腕關(guān)節(jié)炎的發(fā)生,但目前對(duì)該病的研究仍不甚充分。本研究擬從與舟月骨分離相關(guān)的解剖、生物力學(xué)及影像學(xué)角度進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的研究,以加深對(duì)此病的了解,并為其診斷、治療等提供實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。 第一章 腕間關(guān)節(jié)韌帶的巨微解剖學(xué)研究 目的:對(duì)腕間關(guān)節(jié)及部分腕部韌帶的解剖及組織特性進(jìn)行詳細(xì)觀察與測(cè)量,研究?jī)?nèi)容包括:腕骨間各關(guān)節(jié)面的形態(tài)、舟月及月三角關(guān)節(jié)間隙相對(duì)于腕冠狀面的角度;腕關(guān)節(jié)部分骨間韌帶的位置、形態(tài);舟月骨間韌帶(scapholunate interosseous ligament,SLIL)、月三角骨間韌帶(lunotriquetral interosseous ligament,LTIL)穿孔發(fā)生率、SLIL斷面組織切片特點(diǎn)等的觀察。 材料與方法:成人腕關(guān)節(jié)標(biāo)本共計(jì)60例,其中18例為收集保存于-20℃冰柜中的新鮮成人尸體上肢標(biāo)本(右手10例,左手8例);42例為福爾馬林固定標(biāo)本(右手21例,左手21例)。所有標(biāo)本經(jīng)X線檢查均未發(fā)現(xiàn)有腕部骨質(zhì)異常改變。對(duì)腕間關(guān)節(jié)及部分韌帶進(jìn)行大體解剖學(xué)觀察、測(cè)量,并獲取6例新鮮SLIL標(biāo)本,經(jīng)4%甲醛固定,然后再經(jīng)脫水、包埋、HE染色后,在光學(xué)顯微鏡下進(jìn)行組織學(xué)觀察。解剖及測(cè)量器械包括:手術(shù)刀,手術(shù)剪,血管鉗,手術(shù)托盤,量角器,電子游標(biāo)卡尺等。 結(jié)果:對(duì)SLIL和LTIL各亞區(qū)的解剖學(xué)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了測(cè)量,表明近側(cè)亞區(qū)最為薄弱,掌、背側(cè)亞區(qū)較為粗壯。在外形上比較適合替代SLIL背側(cè)亞區(qū)的韌帶
[Abstract]:Background of the study : scaphola bone separation is the most common type of carpal instability , which takes place on the premise of the fracture of the interproximal ligament , which can lead to the occurrence of carpal joint pain after the occurrence of this disease . However , the study of this disease is not sufficient . The study intends to study the anatomy , biomechanics and imaging angle related to the scapholyte distraction , to deepen the understanding of the disease and provide experimental basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease .









Study on the Giant Microanatomy of the Intercarpal ligament of the first chapter









Objective : To observe and measure the anatomy and tissue characteristics of the wrist joint and partial carpal ligament . The research contents include : the morphology of each joint surface in the carpal bones , the angle of the scapholmonth and the monthly triangular joint space with respect to the coronal plane of the wrist ; the position and the form of the interproximal ligament of the wrist ; the incidence of the lunotriquetry ligament ( SLIL ) in the scapholunate interosary ligament ( SLIL ) , the characteristics of SLIL section tissue slices , etc .









Materials and Methods : There were 60 cases of adult wrist joint specimens , 18 of them were fresh adult corpses collected in -20 鈩，
