【摘要】：目的:通過觀察肝失疏泄狀態(tài)下模型動物膽汁中膽固醇濃度的變化,探討肝主疏泄對模型動物膽汁中膽固醇含量的影響,為"膽病從肝論治"提供實驗依據(jù)。方法:選用健康雄性SD大鼠,采用CUMS以及單純束縛的方法,對SD大鼠進行刺激后取膽汁檢測膽汁中膽固醇含量,觀察其變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果:與正常組比較,CUMS組有顯著性差異(P0.05),正常組膽固醇含量顯著低于CUMS組。與正常組比較,單純束縛組沒有顯著性差異。結(jié)論:肝主疏泄功能失常會在一定程度上影響模型動物膽固醇濃度,在某種肝失疏泄的狀態(tài)下膽汁中的膽固醇含量呈升高趨勢。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the changes of cholesterol concentration in bile of model animal under the condition of liver loss and catharsis, and to explore the effect of liver control on cholesterol content in bile of model animal, so as to provide experimental basis for "treating gallbladder disease from liver". Methods: healthy male SD rats were selected. The bile samples were taken from SD rats after stimulation by CUMS and simple binding method to detect the cholesterol content in bile and observe the change of bile cholesterol content. Results: compared with the normal group, there was a significant difference between the CUMS group and the normal group (P 0.05), and the cholesterol content in the normal group was significantly lower than that in the CUMS group. There was no significant difference between the simple bound group and the normal group. Conclusion: the abnormal function of the liver can influence the cholesterol concentration of the model animal to some extent, and the cholesterol content in the bile increases under the condition of some liver loss.
