【摘要】：尋找適宜的種子細胞是開展心血管組織工程的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。本課題從人4-6周流產(chǎn)胚胎心臟中分離培養(yǎng)胚胎心臟干細胞并進行建系研究,包括細胞的培養(yǎng)與鑒定、細胞生物學性狀的研究、向心肌細胞和平滑肌細胞方向的誘導(dǎo)分化三個方面的內(nèi)容。初步建立了胚胎心臟干細胞系。該細胞自我更新能力強并具有多向分化的潛能,是心血管組織工程新的種子細胞。
[Abstract]:To find suitable seed cells is the key to carry out cardiovascular tissue engineering. In this study, embryonic heart stem cells were isolated and cultured from human 4-6 weeks aborted embryo heart, including cell culture and identification, cell biological characters. Induction and differentiation to cardiomyocytes and smooth muscle cells. Embryonic heart stem cell lines were preliminarily established. This cell is a new seed cell for cardiovascular tissue engineering because of its strong self-renewal ability and multi-differentiation potential.
