基于文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫對中藥免疫作用規(guī)律的探討

【摘要】: 近年,中草藥的現(xiàn)代化研究空前繁榮,中藥作為中華民族的寶貴財富,在人類與疾病對抗中表現(xiàn)了自身的獨特特點。中華傳統(tǒng)藥物,不僅在古代,而且在科技日益發(fā)達的今天,同樣具有重要的地位。隨著回歸大自然思潮在世界范圍內(nèi)的出現(xiàn)和化學藥物的毒副作用日益被人們所認識,中藥以其確切的療效和較低的毒副作用,越來越受到人們的青睞。免疫學在中藥研究中占有重要地位,特別近年來,我國中藥免疫學研究的工作取得很大的成績,獲得了大量科學數(shù)據(jù)及值得參考的文獻資料,是中藥研究的寶貴財富。但目前的研究大多局限于試驗藥理學的方法對中藥進行藥理研究,缺乏以中醫(yī)理論為基礎的系統(tǒng)的、規(guī)律性的研究。因此有必要從已有的信息資源中對不同功效、不同藥性的藥物的免疫作用進行分析,找出其中的規(guī)律性。本課題試圖以已發(fā)表的有關中藥免疫研究文獻為研究基礎,根據(jù)2005年版《中華人民共和國藥典》,收集、篩選1980年以來的國內(nèi)公開發(fā)表的有關中藥植物藥免疫研究的文獻,并以實驗驗證文獻信息選取的可靠性,利用可靠的文獻信息探討中醫(yī)藥免疫作用的規(guī)律性,開辟免疫藥物篩選的新思路和新途徑。 本文提出了利用文獻對有免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用的中藥的認定原則(有兩個或兩個以上單位獨立完成,并發(fā)表兩篇以上的支持有免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用的論文),隨機從藥典中選擇10種中藥,文獻檢索表明有三種中藥符合預先設計的有免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用的中藥的認定原則。我們對三種中藥(何首烏、山藥、白芍)進行實驗分析,以驗證認定原則的可靠性。另取海參(亦符合預先設計的有免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用中藥的認定原則)進行實驗。 以昆明小鼠為研究對象,取小鼠80只,分別注射卵清蛋白抗原進行免疫。將抗原免疫的小鼠分成五組,每個小組16只小鼠。其中第一組給予生理鹽水灌胃,其余四組分別給予20%的何首烏、山藥、白芍
[Abstract]:In recent years, the modernization research of Chinese herbal medicine has never been prosperous. As the precious wealth of the Chinese nation, Chinese medicine has shown its unique characteristics in the fight between human beings and diseases. Chinese traditional medicine, not only in ancient times, but also in the increasingly developed science and technology today, also has an important position. With the emergence of the trend of thought of returning to nature in the world and the toxic side effects of chemical drugs have been increasingly recognized, traditional Chinese medicine for its exact efficacy and lower side effects, more and more favored by people. Immunology plays an important role in traditional Chinese medicine research, especially in recent years, Chinese traditional medicine immunology research work has made great achievements, has obtained a large number of scientific data and reference documents, it is a valuable wealth of traditional Chinese medicine research. However, most of the current studies are limited to the pharmacological study of traditional Chinese medicine based on experimental pharmacology, and lack of systematic and regular research based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the immunological effects of different efficacy and different drugs from the existing information resources to find out the regularity. Based on the published literatures on the immunology of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), according to the 2005 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the people's Republic of China, this paper attempts to collect and screen the published literatures on the immunity of traditional Chinese Medicines in China since 1980. The reliability of the selection of document information was verified by experiments, and the regularity of immune function of traditional Chinese medicine was discussed by using reliable literature information, which opened up a new idea and a new way of screening immunopharmaceuticals. In this paper, the principle of identifying traditional Chinese medicine with immunomodulatory effect by literature is put forward (two or more units are independent, and more than two papers supporting immunomodulation are published, 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine are selected randomly from pharmacopoeia, and 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine are selected from pharmacopoeia at random. Literature search showed that there were three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine in accordance with the pre-designed principles of immunomodulation of traditional Chinese medicine. Three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine (Polygonum multiflorum, Chinese yam, Radix Paeoniae Alba) were analyzed in order to verify the reliability of the principle. Sea cucumbers (also in accordance with the pre-designed principle of identification of traditional Chinese medicine with immunomodulatory effect) were also used to carry out the experiment. In this study, 80 Kunming mice were immunized with ovalbumin antigen. Mice immunized with antigens were divided into five groups, 16 mice in each group. The first group was given normal saline by stomach, and the other four groups were given 20% of Polygonum multiflorum, Chinese yam and Paeoniae Alba respectively.
