【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查南昌地區(qū)漢族人群無(wú)關(guān)個(gè)體TPOX、vWA、D7S820、D5S818、CSFIPO、D16S539 等6 個(gè)STR 基因座的遺傳多態(tài)性。 方法:應(yīng)用PCR及PAGE技術(shù)檢測(cè)南昌地區(qū)120例漢族無(wú)關(guān)個(gè)體TPOX、vWA、D7S820、D5S818、CSFIPO、D16S539 等6 個(gè)STR 基因座的等位基因。 結(jié)果:在120 例南昌地區(qū)漢族人群中,TPOX 基因座,觀察到5 個(gè)等位基因,11 種基因型;vWA 基因座,觀察到7 個(gè)等位基因,22 種基因型;D7S820 基因座,觀察到6 個(gè)等位基因,20 種基因型;D5S818 基因座,觀察到8 個(gè)等位基因,21 種基因型;CSFIPO 基因座,觀察到6 個(gè)等位基因,18 種基因型;D16S539 基因座,觀察到7 個(gè)等位基因,24 種基因型。TPOX、vWA、D7S820、D5S818、CSFIPO、D16S539 等6 個(gè)基因座的觀察雜合度(Ho)分別為:0.5882、0.7414、0.7982、0.7522、0.8034、0.8364;期望雜合度(He)分別為:0.6108、0.8063、0.7880、0.7801、0.7504、0.7993;個(gè)人識(shí)別率(DP)分別為:0.6082、0.7993、0.7810、0.7766、0.7472、0.7956;非父排除率(PE)分別為: 0.3986、0.633、0.5958、0.5818、0.5464、0.6226;多態(tài)信息含量(PIC)分別為: 0.5989、0.7917、0.7618、0.7540、0.7248、0.7817。 結(jié)論:TPOX 等6 個(gè)基因座的基因頻率在南昌地區(qū)漢族人群的分布符合Hardy-Weinberg 平衡,且遺傳多態(tài)性高,與中國(guó)其它地區(qū)人群等位基因分布頻率比較無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05),為南昌地區(qū)法醫(yī)學(xué)親子鑒定和
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the genetic polymorphism of 6 STR loci such as D7S820, D5S818 and CSFIPOD16S539 in unrelated individuals of Han nationality in Nanchang area.Methods: PCR and PAGE techniques were used to detect the alleles of 6 STR loci such as D7S820, D5S818, CSFIPOU D16S539 in 120 unrelated individuals of Han nationality in Nanchang area.Results: TPOX loci were observed in 120 Han population in Nanchang, 5 alleles were observed in 11 genotypes, 7 alleles were found in 22 genotypes, and 6 alleles were detected in 20 genotypes, including D5S818 loci.Eight alleles, 21 genotypes of CSFIPO loci, and 6 alleles of 18 genotypes, D16S539, were observed.瑙傚療鍒，
