【摘要】：目的查明德國(guó)小蠊自身?yè)]發(fā)物的成分及其引誘活性。方法使用頂空吹掃固相微萃取(HS.SPME)提取德國(guó)小蠊揮發(fā)物,并通過(guò)氣相-質(zhì)譜(GC.MS)聯(lián)用分析SPME提取物中的主要成分,使用氣相-觸角電位(GC.EAD)來(lái)分析電生理活性的主要組分,并使用有活性的組分進(jìn)行誘捕實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)德國(guó)小蠊揮發(fā)物中包含至少19個(gè)組分,其中含量較高的13個(gè)組分分別是一些C2~C5的揮發(fā)性醇和酸。用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化合物樣品所做的GC.EAD分析結(jié)果表明,僅6種揮發(fā)羧酸對(duì)德國(guó)小蠊具有明顯的觸角電位反應(yīng)�，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)誘捕實(shí)驗(yàn)證實(shí),酸類(lèi)物質(zhì)混配后對(duì)德國(guó)小蠊具有一定的引誘效果。結(jié)論德國(guó)小蠊釋放有活性的揮發(fā)物并可起到一定引誘作用,引起群體聚集。
[Abstract]:Objective to find out the constituents of the volatile compounds of Blattella germanica and their inductive activity.Methods the volatile compounds of Blattella germanica were extracted by headspace sweep solid-phase microextraction (HS.SPME), and the main components of SPME extracts were analyzed by GC-MS, and the main components of electrophysiological activity were analyzed by GC-Eternal potential (GC.EAD).The trapping experiments were carried out by using active components.The results showed that the volatile compounds of Blattella germanica contained at least 19 components, 13 of which were volatile alcohols and acids of C2~C5.The GC.EAD analysis of standard compound samples showed that only six volatile carboxylic acids had obvious antennal potential response to Blattella germanica.The field entrapment experiment confirmed that the mixture of acids had a certain effect on Blattella germanica.Conclusion the release of active volatile compounds from Blattella germanica can induce population aggregation.
