【摘要】：SOCS3是酪氨酸蛋白激酶/信號傳導(dǎo)子和轉(zhuǎn)錄激活子(JAK/STAT)途徑的負(fù)反饋調(diào)節(jié)因子之一,由SOCS盒、SH2結(jié)構(gòu)域和激酶抑制區(qū)三個(gè)部分組成。SOCS3參與了體內(nèi)多種信號分子轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)的調(diào)控。本文結(jié)合近年的研究成果對其結(jié)構(gòu)和作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行了綜述,并對其中尚存在的問題進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:SOCS3 is one of the negative feedback regulators of tyrosine protein kinase / signal transduction and activator of transcription (JAK / stat) pathway. It is composed of three parts of SOCS cassette SH2 domain and kinase inhibitory region. SOCS3 is involved in the regulation of many signal transduction molecules in vivo.In this paper, the structure and mechanism are reviewed, and the existing problems are prospected.
