醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康影響因素的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析

【摘要】:目的:采用線性結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康的影響因素及其潛變量之間的關(guān)系進行分析,探討此方法應(yīng)用于醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康研究的適應(yīng)性,希望能為高校相關(guān)部門采取措施、改善學(xué)生的心理健康現(xiàn)狀提供參考依據(jù)。 方法:通過分層整群抽樣的方法,對某醫(yī)科大學(xué)的818名醫(yī)學(xué)生進行問卷調(diào)查。首先對醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康狀況的一般情況進行描述性分析,再采用驗證性因子分析建立初始模型,并對醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康的影響因素進行結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型的擬合。 結(jié)果:被調(diào)查醫(yī)學(xué)生心理衛(wèi)生問題陽性檢出率為21.3%,癥狀出現(xiàn)最多的為強迫癥狀,最少的為恐怖癥狀。經(jīng)多重線性回歸分析得知,被調(diào)查醫(yī)學(xué)生是否失眠、面臨情感困擾、和他人交流情況、生活是否有規(guī)律、生活壓力、家庭和睦情況、年級、學(xué)校生活環(huán)境滿意度以及身體狀況等因素被引入多重線性回歸模型。隨后在因子分析的基礎(chǔ)上進行結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型的擬合,從模型的標準化解的結(jié)果可以看出,構(gòu)成心理衛(wèi)生的10個指標中,抑郁、焦慮、人際關(guān)系、精神病性和強迫癥狀的回歸系數(shù)較高,分別為0.91、0.88、0.87、0.87、0.86。這5個指標能較好的表征心理衛(wèi)生狀態(tài)。因子2對心理衛(wèi)生的影響最大,其效應(yīng)系數(shù)為0.301,因子6次之,其效應(yīng)系數(shù)為0.253,因子3再次之,效應(yīng)系數(shù)為0.165,且它們的假設(shè)檢驗概率P值均小于0.05。這說明影響醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康的主要因素為:身體狀況、生活規(guī)律、與他人交流情況、情感困擾、失眠、學(xué)習(xí)壓力、生活壓力等。與多重線性回歸結(jié)果基本一致。 結(jié)論:通過本次調(diào)查,我們可以看出醫(yī)學(xué)生群體的心理健康狀況雖然較以前有所好轉(zhuǎn),但仍不容樂觀,他們不同程度的存在一些心理健康問題。對此,有關(guān)教育者應(yīng)高度重視,同時,要充分考慮年級、專業(yè)因素,有層次、有區(qū)別
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the influence factors and latent variables of mental health of medical students by using linear structural equation model, and to explore the adaptability of this method in the study of mental health of medical students. It is hoped that this paper can provide references for the relevant departments in colleges and universities to take measures to improve the mental health status of students. Methods: 818 medical students in a medical university were investigated by stratified cluster sampling. The general state of mental health of medical students was analyzed by descriptive analysis, and the initial model was established by confirmatory factor analysis. The influencing factors of mental health of medical students were fitted with structural equation model. Results: the positive rate of mental health problems was 21.3, the most symptoms were obsessive-compulsive symptoms and the least were phobic symptoms. Communicate with others, whether there is a regular life, life pressure, family harmony, grade, Factors such as satisfaction of school life environment and physical condition were introduced into multiple linear regression model. Then the structural equation model was fitted on the basis of factor analysis, and the results of standard solution of the model can be seen. The regression coefficients of depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship, psychosis and obsessive-compulsive symptoms were higher in 10 indexes of mental health, which were 0.91g / 0.88870.87 / 0.86, respectively. These five indexes could represent the state of mental health better. Factor 2 had the greatest effect on mental health. The coefficient of effect is 0.301, factor 6 is the second, the coefficient of effect is 0.253, factor 3 is 0.165, and the probability of hypothetical test P is less than 0.05. This shows that the main factors affecting the mental health of medical students are: physical condition. Life rules, communication with others, emotional distress, insomnia, learning pressure, life pressure, and so on. Basically consistent with multiple linear regression results. Conclusion: through this investigation, we can see that the mental health status of medical students is better than before, but it is still not optimistic, they have some mental health problems in varying degrees. At the same time, we should take full account of the grade, professional factors, there are levels, there are differences
