衣原體最新分類體系與分類鑒定方法研究進展

【摘要】:衣原體是一大類嚴格真核細胞內(nèi)寄生、具有獨特發(fā)育周期、與人類生活關系密切的細菌。近年來衣原體遺傳學特別是比較基因組學研究,和新發(fā)衣原體如朱鷺衣原體、鳥衣原體、家禽衣原體等改變了舊的衣原體分類體系。最大的變化是嗜衣原體屬被取消,該屬原來的6個種被歸到了衣原體屬中,與新發(fā)衣原體一起使衣原體屬擴展到了12個種。本文簡要綜述了衣原體分類現(xiàn)狀與衣原體分類鑒定依據(jù),包括傳統(tǒng)的生物學特征、理化性質(zhì)、分子遺傳學方法及最近發(fā)展起來的全基因組分析。目前分子遺傳學方法是衣原體分類鑒定的標準方法,包括16SrRNA、ompA與其它衣原體特有基因的序列分析等。
[Abstract]:Chlamydia is one kind of strict eukaryotic intracellular parasites has a unique developmental cycle, in close relation with human life. In recent years, Chlamydia bacterial genetics especially comparative genomics studies and new Chlamydia like Chlamydia trachomatis ibis, birds, poultry Chlamydia changed Chlamydia classification system of the old one. The biggest change is addicted to Chlamydia is canceled, the original 6 species are belonged to genus Chlamydia, and new Chlamydia trachomatis with extended to 12. This paper briefly describes the status and classification of Chlamydia trachomatis classification identification basis, including the characteristics of traditional biological, physicochemical properties, molecular genetics and analysis method a recently developed whole genome. The molecular genetics method is the standard method of classification and identification of Chlamydia including 16SrRNA, ompA and other series of Chlamydia specific genes and so on.
