【摘要】：目的:觀察小鼠胃體部粘膜內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞的超微結(jié)構(gòu),及內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞與胃底腺主細(xì)胞、壁細(xì)胞等細(xì)胞的相互關(guān)系。 方法:利用透射電鏡技術(shù),觀察成年小鼠胃體部粘膜內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞和主細(xì)胞、壁細(xì)胞的超微結(jié)構(gòu)及位置關(guān)系。 結(jié)果:電鏡下,根據(jù)所觀察的內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞中顆粒超微結(jié)構(gòu)的不同特點(diǎn),可將這些細(xì)胞分為I、II、III 型內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞。 I 型內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞的胞質(zhì)內(nèi)含有兩類顆粒,一類為泡狀,內(nèi)含一個(gè)偏心的電子密度高的核心,顆粒界膜與核心間有很寬的空暈;另一類顆粒中有圓形、均質(zhì)或不均質(zhì)的核心,有一完整界膜,顆粒界膜與核心之間有清晰的窄隙。除分泌顆粒外,胞質(zhì)中還可見大量的胞質(zhì)小泡。II 型內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞的分泌顆粒中有電子密度較低、均質(zhì)狀的核心,核心與界膜之間有狹窄的空暈。III 型內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞的顆�？煞譃閮深�,一類顆粒中有一個(gè)電子密度較高、均質(zhì)狀的核心,核心與界膜之間有狹窄的間隙或無間隙,有時(shí)在均質(zhì)的核心中還可見一電子密度更高的小核心;另一類顆粒中有一個(gè)電子密度較低、均質(zhì)或不均質(zhì)狀的核心,核心與界膜之間形成較寬的間隙。三種類型的內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞均可見與主細(xì)胞及壁細(xì)胞緊密相鄰,內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞膜的局部呈“Ω”型凹陷。 結(jié)論:基本確認(rèn)本實(shí)驗(yàn)所見的I 型內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞即為腸嗜鉻樣細(xì)胞(Enterochromaffin like cell ,簡稱ECL 細(xì)胞),多見該細(xì)胞與主細(xì)胞、壁細(xì)胞緊密相鄰,推測ECL 細(xì)胞除對壁細(xì)胞泌酸有影響外,可能在功能上與主細(xì)胞之間也存在密切關(guān)系。胃體部內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞除以經(jīng)典內(nèi)分泌方式釋放激素外,也可以旁分泌方式對周圍細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生影響。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the ultrastructure of endocrine cells in the gastric mucosa of mice and the relationship between endocrine cells and main and parietal cells of gastric fundus. Methods: the ultrastructure and location of endocrine cells and main cells and parietal cells in gastric mucosa of adult mice were observed by transmission electron microscopy. Results: according to the observed ultrastructural characteristics of endocrine cells, these cells can be classified into type III endocrine cells. There are two kinds of granules in the cytoplasm of type I endocrine cells, one is bubbly, contains an eccentric core with high electron density, and there is a very wide hollow halo between the granular boundary membrane and the core. In another kind of particles, there is a round, homogeneous or uneven core, a complete boundary membrane, a clear narrow gap between the intergranular membrane and the core, with the exception of secretory granules. In the cytoplasm, a large number of secretory granules of cytoplasmic vesicles. II endocrine cells have low electron density and homogeneous core. There are two types of narrow hollow halo. III endocrine cells between the core and the boundary membrane. In one kind of granules, there is a high electron density and homogeneous core. There is a narrow gap or no gap between the core and the boundary membrane, and sometimes a small nucleus with higher electron density can be seen in the homogeneous core. In the other kind of granules, there is a low electron density, homogeneous or heterogeneous core, with a wide gap between the core and the boundary membrane. The three types of endocrine cells are closely adjacent to the main cells and parietal cells. The local area of endocrine cell membrane is "惟" type depression. Conclusion: the type I endocrine cells identified in this study are enterochromaffin like cell (ECL cells). Most of the cells were adjacent to the main cells and parietal cells. It was speculated that ECL cells had an effect on the secretion of acid in parietal cells. It is possible that there is a close relationship between the function of the endocrine cells and the main cells. In addition to releasing hormones in the classical endocrine mode, the endocrine cells in the body of the stomach can also influence the peripheral cells in the paracrine way.
