【摘要】:背景 干細(xì)胞(stem cells,SCs)是具有自我更新能力和多向分化潛能的細(xì)胞群體,即這些細(xì)胞可以通過細(xì)胞分裂維持自身細(xì)胞群,同時(shí)又可以進(jìn)一步分化成為多種特定類型的細(xì)胞,從而可作為種子細(xì)胞,用于生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程和治療性克隆技術(shù),是生物技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)。干細(xì)胞可分為胚胎干細(xì)胞(embryo stem cells,ESCs)和成體干細(xì)胞(adult stem cells,ASCs)。ESCs具有全能分化性,但其來源受到倫理學(xué)的限制,且存在惡性分化的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),從而難以開展。ASCs具有多能分化性,而且來源豐富;在一定條件下,可以在體內(nèi)或體外橫向分化(transdifferentiate)為某種特定組織類型的細(xì)胞,也可以逆分化
[Abstract]:Background Stem cells (SCS) are a group of cells with self-renewal ability and multi-differentiation potential, that is, these cells can maintain their own cell groups through cell division. At the same time, it can be further differentiated into a variety of specific types of cells, which can be used as seed cells for biomedical engineering and therapeutic cloning technology. Stem cells can be divided into embryonic stem cells. ESCs) and adult stem cells have the ability of differentiation, but their origin is limited by ethics. Moreover, there is the risk of malignant differentiation, which makes it difficult to develop .ASCs with multipotent differentiation and rich sources. Under certain conditions, transdifferentiation can be transdifferentiated in vivo or in vitro, or can be counterdifferentiated.
