【摘要】：機(jī)體識別、清除入侵病毒的機(jī)理一直是分子免疫學(xué)研究的重點(diǎn)。前期研究表明,病毒入侵機(jī)體可誘導(dǎo)大量抗病毒蛋白分子、細(xì)胞因子等以啟動(dòng)機(jī)體免疫。流感病毒能引起急性傳染性呼吸道疾病,其表面抗原極易發(fā)生變異,往往引起較大的流行,嚴(yán)重危害人類健康。探討其對細(xì)胞信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)的影響一直是抗流感研究的熱點(diǎn)。對近年來有關(guān)流感與細(xì)胞信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述,總結(jié)所取得的研究成果,并提出治療方向,為抗流感病毒新藥的設(shè)計(jì)和發(fā)展新的治療方法提供思路和作用靶點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The mechanism of identification and clearance of invading viruses has been the focus of molecular immunology. Previous studies have shown that viruses can induce a large number of antiviral protein molecules. Influenza virus can cause acute infectious respiratory diseases, its surface antigen is easy to mutate, and often cause a large epidemic. It is a hot topic in the field of anti-influenza research to discuss its influence on cell signal transduction. The literature on influenza and cell signal transduction in recent years is reviewed and the research results are summarized. The therapeutic direction is put forward to provide ideas and targets for the design of new anti-influenza drugs and the development of new treatment methods.

【正文快照】： 中華中醫(yī)藥學(xué)刊流感是流行性感冒(Influenza)的簡稱,是由流感病毒(Infiuenza virus)引起的以呼吸系統(tǒng)癥狀為主的急性傳染病。流感病毒屬正黏病毒科,為單鏈、負(fù)股分節(jié)段的RNA病毒,根據(jù)其核蛋白(Nucleoprotein,NP)和膜蛋白(Matrixproteins,MP)的特性不同,可分為甲、乙、丙三型。
