【摘要】：近年來伴隨著臨床髖關(guān)節(jié)治療技術(shù)的不斷改進(jìn),臨床上開展了人工假體置換術(shù)、股骨頸骨折內(nèi)固定以及對(duì)髖關(guān)節(jié)骨折的治療等手術(shù)方法,但是以往的髖關(guān)節(jié)形態(tài)學(xué)研究在一定程度上滯后于臨床發(fā)展的需要,為此,本實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)髖關(guān)節(jié)的各項(xiàng)解剖學(xué)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了詳盡的形態(tài)學(xué)描述和觀測(cè),對(duì)測(cè)得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行科學(xué)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,以期對(duì)髖關(guān)節(jié)的認(rèn)識(shí)有一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的、清晰的量化標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為臨床上對(duì)髖關(guān)節(jié)的病理現(xiàn)象的釋疑提供了解剖學(xué)依據(jù);同時(shí)也為髖關(guān)節(jié)外科進(jìn)行各種手術(shù)、術(shù)中定位提供可靠的依據(jù)和參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous improvement of clinical hip joint treatment, artificial prosthesis replacement, internal fixation of femoral neck fracture and the treatment of hip fracture have been carried out. However, the previous studies of hip morphology lag behind the need of clinical development to some extent. Therefore, the anatomic parameters of the hip joint were described and observed in detail in this experiment. A scientific statistical analysis of the measured data is carried out in order to provide a systematic and clear quantitative standard for understanding the hip joint, which provides anatomic basis for the clinical interpretation of the pathological phenomenon of the hip joint. At the same time, it also provides reliable basis and reference standard for hip surgery.
