【摘要】:目的:本研究采用經(jīng)顱微電流刺激的方法,精確定位大鼠皮層面部運(yùn)動(dòng)代表區(qū),為大鼠外周面神經(jīng)與其中樞面部運(yùn)動(dòng)皮層之間相互聯(lián)系的深入研究提供了基礎(chǔ)資料。 研究方法:選用25只250~350g雌性成年Wistar大鼠,分別在淺麻醉(鹽酸氯胺酮)下,利用腦立體定位儀,垂直大腦皮層表面插入微電極至皮層下1.5~1.7mm,每次給以300Hz、0.25ms的負(fù)相方波脈沖30ms,相鄰刺激點(diǎn)相距500μm,每?jī)纱未碳らg隔至少5s。觀察大鼠的面部運(yùn)動(dòng)(眨眼、胡須運(yùn)動(dòng)、耳廓運(yùn)動(dòng)及口唇運(yùn)動(dòng)),并通過(guò)引導(dǎo)相應(yīng)運(yùn)動(dòng)部位肌電圖的方法確定各皮層刺激點(diǎn)的刺激閾電流強(qiáng)度。以前囟點(diǎn)為原點(diǎn),頭尾的中線為y軸,通過(guò)原點(diǎn)的中線垂直線為x軸確立坐標(biāo)系,記錄各相關(guān)刺激點(diǎn)的坐標(biāo)值,根據(jù)各刺激點(diǎn)誘發(fā)的運(yùn)動(dòng)描繪出大鼠面部皮層運(yùn)動(dòng)代表區(qū)圖譜。 結(jié)果:大鼠皮層面部運(yùn)動(dòng)代表區(qū)由數(shù)個(gè)支配特定運(yùn)動(dòng)的形狀不規(guī)則的皮層區(qū)域組成。各亞區(qū)之間相對(duì)獨(dú)立,并不連續(xù),軀體上相鄰的部位其皮層運(yùn)動(dòng)代表區(qū)并不相鄰。各亞區(qū)的分布在每個(gè)大鼠之間存在個(gè)體差異,但基本是一致的。其皮層代表區(qū)不僅分布于大鼠的運(yùn)動(dòng)皮層,還有很大部分與感覺(jué)皮層相重合。 1.胡須運(yùn)動(dòng)代表區(qū)有兩部分:第一部分位于前內(nèi)側(cè)皮層,面積平均為9.5mm~2,該區(qū)域平均有效刺激點(diǎn)為38個(gè)。該區(qū)域的內(nèi)側(cè)部分在TI下誘發(fā)同側(cè)胡須的運(yùn)動(dòng),,平均面積為2.5mm~2,有效刺激點(diǎn)平均為10個(gè),平均TI為28
[Abstract]:Objective: in this study, transcranial micro current stimulation was used to locate the cortex and facial motor area in rats. It provides basic data for further research on the interconnections between the peripheral facial nerve and the medial facial cortex.
Research methods: selection of 25 ~ 250 350g female adult Wistar rats were in light anesthesia (ketamine), using stereotaxic apparatus, the vertical surface of the cerebral cortex to subcortical microelectrode insertion of 1.5 ~ 1.7mm, each with 300Hz, 0.25ms negative square wave pulse 30ms, adjacent stimulation point 500 m apart two, each stimulus interval of at least 5S. to observe rat facial movements (blink, beard movement, ear movement and moving lips), and the corresponding parts of the motion guide EMG to determine the cortical stimulation threshold current intensity point. Fontanelle point as the origin, and line to the Y axis, the vertical line through the midline the origin of the establishment of coordinate system for the X axis, record the coordinates of each stimulus point, depict the facial motor cortex area of rats according to the stimulation induced by exercise.
Results: the cortical regions of facial motor cortex area consists of a number of specific control movement of irregular shape. Each sub region is relatively independent, not continuous, body adjacent parts of the cortical motor area is adjacent. The distribution of each sub region there are individual differences between each rat, but the basic is consistent. The motor cortex cortex not only distributed in the rat, and there is still a majority of the sensory cortex coincide.
