【摘要】：目的:本實驗通過經(jīng)陰道彩色多普勒超聲(Transvaginal Color Doppler Flow Image, TV-CDFI)測量4 組(按年齡分)正常月經(jīng)周期婦女(每組30 例)及30 例原發(fā)不孕癥婦女的卵巢體積、卵泡大小及卵巢動脈血流指數(shù),來探討正常月經(jīng)周期及各年齡段卵巢各指標(biāo)的變化及不孕癥時卵巢各指標(biāo)的變化情況,以了解卵巢功能、形態(tài)和年齡變化之間的關(guān)系。從而為探尋不孕癥的病因和評價治療效果提供可靠的依據(jù)。 方法:選擇2003 年10 月～2004 年10 月未作過卵巢手術(shù)的正常月經(jīng)周期的門診病例120 人(排除子宮卵巢的病變),按年齡分為4 組(20-30 歲、31-40 歲、41-50 歲、51歲-60 歲),分別與月經(jīng)周期的第8-11、13-16、20-24 天進(jìn)行陰道彩色多普勒超聲(TV-CDFI)檢查。同時檢查20-35歲原發(fā)不孕癥婦女30 例(平均年齡31.2 歲)。超聲選擇用飛利浦公司生產(chǎn)的HDI4000 彩色多普勒超聲診斷儀腔內(nèi)容積探頭,頻率7MHz�；颊吲趴瞻螂�,取仰臥位,陰道探頭用避孕套,外用偶合劑潤滑,輕輕送入陰道后穹窿。①測量卵巢大小:輕輕向左旋轉(zhuǎn)陰道探頭,橫向掃描找到左側(cè)卵巢,顯示最清晰時凍結(jié)窗口,測量卵巢長徑和寬徑。然后解凍窗口,旋轉(zhuǎn)探頭成縱向掃描最清晰時測量卵巢厚徑。同法測量對側(cè)卵巢。卵巢體積采用橢圓體公式法計算:V=0.523×長徑×厚徑×寬徑。②測量卵泡個數(shù)及大小:旋轉(zhuǎn)探頭顯示最大卵泡的最大切面后,測量卵泡的長徑和厚徑,取平均值。
[Abstract]:Objective: this experiment by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound (Transvaginal Color Doppler Flow Image, TV-CDFI) were measured in 4 groups (age) in women with normal menstruation (n = 30 in each group) and 30 cases of primary infertility women with ovarian volume, follicle size and ovarian artery blood flow index, to explore the changes of each index of normal and infertility the menstrual cycle and the age of ovarian changes in ovaries of each index, in order to understand the relationship between the changes of ovarian function, morphology and age. It provides reliable basis for exploring the causes of infertility and evaluate the therapeutic effect.
Methods: from October 2003 to October 2004 has not made the normal menstrual cycle of ovarian surgery outpatient 120 cases (excluding uterine and ovarian lesions), divided into 4 groups by age (20-30 years, 31-40 years, 41-50 years old, 51 years old -60 years old), respectively, and the 8-11,13-16,20-24 days of menstrual cycle by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound (TV-CDFI). Then thawed window, spin To probe into the clear vertical scanning measurement. With the method of measuring thickness of ovary contralateral ovary. The ovary volume was calculated by ellipse volume formula: V=0.523 length * thickness * * width. The measurement of follicle number and size: rotating probe showed the largest section of the largest follicle, follicle diameter and length measurement thick diameter, average.
