【摘要】: 近年來(lái),我國(guó)高校學(xué)生自殺問題越來(lái)越突出,已引起社會(huì)和媒體的廣泛關(guān)注,高校學(xué)生自殺不僅給個(gè)人及其家庭造成巨大損失,而且也給國(guó)家和社會(huì)帶來(lái)了不良影響。研究這個(gè)問題,以期減少和控制高校學(xué)生自殺,對(duì)于促進(jìn)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定、維護(hù)學(xué)校正常的教學(xué)和生活秩序、提高學(xué)生素質(zhì)不僅具有理論探索同時(shí)具有實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)的意義。 本研究采用問卷法和訪談法收集個(gè)案,共收集自殺個(gè)案195例,涉及全國(guó)高校93所。收集來(lái)的案例采用SPSS11.5統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析檢驗(yàn)。 本研究的主要目的是:通過比較大規(guī)模的實(shí)證調(diào)查,探討高校學(xué)生自殺的規(guī)律,分析高校學(xué)生自殺的原因,提出預(yù)防高校學(xué)生自殺的對(duì)策,為教育部門制定高校學(xué)生心理危機(jī)干預(yù)實(shí)施方案和為高校制定學(xué)生自殺事件應(yīng)急處置預(yù)案提供參考。根據(jù)調(diào)查分析發(fā)現(xiàn): 1、高校學(xué)生的自殺率大致在1—4/10萬(wàn),遠(yuǎn)低于社會(huì)的平均自殺率(23/10萬(wàn)),高校學(xué)生并不是自殺的高危人群。 2、女生的自殺率高于男生,男生自殺死亡的成功率高于女生。 3、20—22歲是自殺最集中的年齡段,其中,21歲是最集中的年齡;大學(xué)二年級(jí)是自殺的高危年級(jí)。 4、學(xué)生宿舍和教學(xué)樓是自殺學(xué)生選擇最多的地方。 5、絕大多數(shù)自殺學(xué)生選擇跳樓的極端方式來(lái)結(jié)束自己的生命,選擇以跳樓的方式自殺的學(xué)生占自殺總數(shù)的56%。 6、自殺的時(shí)間大多選擇在:每學(xué)期開學(xué)初或?qū)W期末;五一、國(guó)慶等節(jié)假日是大多數(shù)自殺學(xué)生選擇的時(shí)間點(diǎn);此外,,自殺的具體時(shí)間上以晚上最多。 7、戀愛和情感是造成自殺死亡的主要原因,其次是精神疾病,再次是學(xué)習(xí)壓力,再次是經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力。 本研究還就高校學(xué)生自殺的動(dòng)力和自殺原因進(jìn)行了具體分析,并對(duì)危機(jī)干預(yù)與自殺預(yù)防提出了具體的對(duì)策思考。同時(shí),制定了高校學(xué)生自殺事件應(yīng)急處置預(yù)案和高校學(xué)生心理危機(jī)干預(yù)實(shí)施辦法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of college students' suicide has become more and more prominent in China, which has caused widespread concern by the society and the media. College students' suicide has not only caused great losses to individuals and their families. But also to the country and society has brought adverse effects. To study this problem, with a view to reducing and controlling college students suicide, to promote social stability, to maintain the normal school teaching and living order. Improving students' quality not only has theoretical exploration but also has practical significance. In this study, 195 suicide cases were collected by questionnaire and interview. This paper deals with 93 colleges and universities in China. The collected cases use SPSS11.5 software to set up the database and carry out statistical analysis and test. The main purpose of this study is to explore the law of college students' suicide, analyze the causes of college students' suicide, and put forward countermeasures to prevent college students' suicide. This paper provides a reference for the education department to formulate the implementation plan of psychological crisis intervention for college students and the emergency plan for college students suicide. The results of investigation and analysis show that: 1. The suicide rate of college students is about 1-4 / 100, 000, which is far lower than the average suicide rate of 23 / 100, 000. College students are not at high risk of suicide. 2. The suicide rate of girls is higher than that of boys, and the success rate of boys is higher than that of girls. The age of 30-22 years old is the most concentrated age of suicide, 21 years old is the most concentrated age, and the second year of college is the high risk year of suicide. 4, student dormitory and teaching building are the places where suicide students choose the most. 5. The majority of suicide students choose the extreme way of jumping to end their lives, and 56 students choose to commit suicide by jumping. 6, the time of suicide is mostly chosen in: the beginning of term or the end of term; May Day, National Day and other holidays are the time points chosen by most suicide students; in addition, the specific time of suicide is the most in the evening. 7. Love and emotion are the main causes of suicide, followed by mental illness, learning stress and economic stress. This study also analyzes the motive force and causes of suicide of college students, and puts forward specific countermeasures for crisis intervention and suicide prevention. The emergency plan of college students suicide and the methods of psychological crisis intervention were established.
