動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)性弦脈教學(xué)模型的建立及其評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:1 目的 本實(shí)驗(yàn)通過(guò)對(duì)家兔疼痛刺激和對(duì)家兔、犬靜脈滴注去甲腎上腺素復(fù)制動(dòng)物弦脈模型,使用 NX-3 型多功能脈圖儀記錄壓力脈圖,對(duì)脈圖時(shí)域參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析并進(jìn)行脈象的屬性歸類,為中醫(yī)脈診教學(xué),也為今后新藥研發(fā)中加入中醫(yī)脈診指標(biāo)作初步的探索。 2 方法 2.1 關(guān)于電學(xué)壓力值與實(shí)際壓力值換算的脈圖儀壓力定標(biāo)實(shí)驗(yàn):NX—3 多功能脈圖儀黑色探頭 1 和黑色探頭 2 上放置 1g、2g、5g、10g、20g、50g、100g、140g砝碼,NX—3 多功能脈圖儀紫色探頭放置 1g、2g、5g、10g、20g、50g 砝碼分別記錄兩種脈圖儀共三個(gè)探頭其空載、探頭上放置砝碼時(shí)脈象采集儀上所顯示的取脈壓力值,驗(yàn)證砝碼重與取脈壓力值的線性關(guān)系。 2.2 給予家兔疼痛性刺激建立弦脈模型 在非麻醉狀態(tài)下將家兔行頸部手術(shù),暴露頸動(dòng)脈,經(jīng)兩名有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的中醫(yī)師雙盲取脈,使用脈圖儀記錄頸動(dòng)脈脈圖,待家兔呼吸平穩(wěn)后再由兩名有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的中醫(yī)師雙盲取脈,確認(rèn)為平脈后在同樣的取脈壓力下記錄頸動(dòng)脈脈圖,對(duì)脈圖參數(shù)進(jìn)行分類后做時(shí)域分析。 2.3 給予家兔、犬靜脈滴注去甲腎上腺素建立弦脈模型 將家兔、犬行頸部手術(shù),暴露頸動(dòng)脈, 待呼吸平穩(wěn)后由兩名有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的中醫(yī)師雙盲取脈,確認(rèn)為平脈后使用脈圖儀記錄頸動(dòng)脈脈圖,再靜脈滴注去甲腎上腺素,再由兩名有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的中醫(yī)師雙盲取脈,確認(rèn)為弦脈后在同樣的取脈壓力下記錄家兔頸動(dòng)脈脈圖,犬的頸、肘和股動(dòng)脈脈圖并,對(duì)脈圖參數(shù)進(jìn)行分類后做時(shí)域分析。 3 結(jié)果 3.1 NX—3 多功能儀黑色探頭 1 砝碼重與電學(xué)壓力值之間 R 值為 0.9993;NX—3 型多功能脈圖儀黑探頭 2 砝碼重與電學(xué)壓力值之間 R 值為 0.9997 ,NX—3 型多功能脈圖儀紫探頭砝碼重與電學(xué)壓力值之間 R 值為 0.9999。三者具有良好的線性關(guān)系。 3.2 家兔、犬教學(xué)用切診部位 3.2.1 家兔 膝關(guān)節(jié)上 8.92±0.12cm 股動(dòng)脈搏動(dòng)處為關(guān)脈 3.2.2 犬 股動(dòng)脈與股骨交叉處為關(guān)脈 3.3 家兔、犬弦股動(dòng)脈指下感覺 3.3.1 家兔:①平脈指感:輕取即得,中取有力,重取反弱;一息 17~18 至;脈來(lái)和緩有力②弦脈指感:一息 14~15 至,脈位較淺,脈形長(zhǎng),脈勢(shì)看緊張度較高,給人以“如按琴弦”的感覺。疼痛型弦脈時(shí)間可持續(xù) 30.07±4.06 分鐘去甲腎上腺素型弦脈在持續(xù)滴注過(guò)程中一直存在。。 3.3.2 犬:①平脈 一息 8~9;輕取既得,中取有力,重取反弱;脈來(lái)平和有力;②弦脈 切脈時(shí)指下感覺與家兔弦脈大致相似,一息 7~8 至,脈位淺,脈形長(zhǎng),搏動(dòng)比家兔甚至人的脈象更有力,脈緊張度高,有“端直以長(zhǎng),如按

2 method

3 Results
3.1 NX - more than 3 instrument black probe 1 weight and electrical pressure value R = 0.9993; NX 3 type multifunctional sphygmograph black probe 2 weight and electrical pressure value R value is 0.9997, NX - 3 type multifunctional sphygmograph purple probe weight between electrical and pressure R value of 0.9999. three has a good linear relationship.
