益生菌對生殖道和腸道上皮細(xì)胞的粘附和粘附拮抗效應(yīng)的研究

【摘要】:微生態(tài)學(xué)是一門新興的學(xué)科,主要研究生態(tài)療法和生態(tài)調(diào)整。微生態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)劑是指含活菌或死菌及其組分和代謝產(chǎn)物的微生物調(diào)節(jié)劑。目前,微生態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)劑仍以活菌為主,然而,活菌制劑存在運(yùn)輸、保存困難、穩(wěn)定性差、不能與抗生素合用等缺點(diǎn),因此,益生菌的滅活劑近期倍受關(guān)注。雙歧桿菌、乳酸桿菌和腸球菌是人體腸道的主要益生菌,,它們在腸道內(nèi)對維持腸道正常菌群的生態(tài)平衡,抑制有害菌的繁殖,防治多種疾病和不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生,進(jìn)而對人體發(fā)揮著重要,它們作為益生菌而使用,通過口服或其它途徑進(jìn)入人體后,發(fā)揮生理保護(hù)作用,具有顯著的平衡和改善陰道和腸道菌群、預(yù)防和治療腹瀉、提高機(jī)體免疫力、預(yù)防過敏、結(jié)合并排除毒素、預(yù)防齲齒等功能。本文對人體腸道和陰道的雙歧桿菌、乳酸桿菌和腸球菌這三種益生菌的活菌和滅活菌兩種狀態(tài)的粘附作用及其對幾種腸道主要致病菌的粘附拮抗作用進(jìn)行了對比性分析,研究內(nèi)容和主要結(jié)果如下: 一、乳酸桿菌對生殖道上皮細(xì)胞和Hela細(xì)胞的粘附作用的研究 為了比較熱滅活狀態(tài)和活菌狀態(tài)乳酸桿菌對生殖道上皮細(xì)胞的粘附性,分析乳酸桿菌活菌和熱滅活菌兩種生物狀態(tài)對刮取的原代陰道上皮和傳代培養(yǎng)的宮頸上皮細(xì)胞系Hela細(xì)胞的粘附指數(shù),并用臺盼藍(lán)染色法比較二者粘附Hela細(xì)胞后對細(xì)胞活力的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)兩種生物狀態(tài)的乳酸桿菌對刮取的陰道上皮細(xì)胞的粘附不存在顯著性差異,而熱滅活狀態(tài)對Hela細(xì)胞的粘附指數(shù)顯著高于活菌。
[Abstract]:Microbiology is a new subject, which mainly studies ecological therapy and ecological adjustment. Microecological regulator is a microbial regulator containing active or dead bacteria, their components and metabolites. At present, the microecological regulators are still mainly live bacteria. However, the live bacteria preparations are difficult to transport, store, and cannot be combined with antibiotics. Therefore, the inactivators of probiotics have attracted much attention recently. Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Enterococcus were the main human intestinal probiotics, they in the gut to maintain the ecological balance of intestinal flora, inhibiting the propagation of harmful bacteria, prevention and treatment of various diseases and the incidence of adverse reactions, and the human body plays an important, and use them as probiotics, enter the body through oral or other ways play, physiological protective effect has significant balance and improve the vaginal and intestinal flora, prevention and treatment of diarrhea, improve immunity, prevent allergy, eliminate toxin, and combined with the prevention of dental caries and other functions. Antagonism of adhesion adhesion on human intestinal bacteria in the vagina and the Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Enterococcus in these three kinds of probiotics and inactivated bacteria in two states and several intestinal pathogens were compared.
