【摘要】：目的研究青海結(jié)核分枝桿菌對(duì)4種一線抗結(jié)核藥物耐藥狀況及與Spoligotyping基因型的關(guān)系,為結(jié)核病有效預(yù)防提供依據(jù)。方法采用常規(guī)比例法對(duì)分離的251株結(jié)核分枝桿菌進(jìn)行異煙肼(INH)、利福平(RFP)、鏈霉素(SM)和乙胺丁醇(EMB)等4種一線抗結(jié)核藥物的藥敏試驗(yàn),并對(duì)菌株進(jìn)行Spoligotyping分型,對(duì)藥敏試驗(yàn)和基因分型結(jié)果進(jìn)行綜合分析。結(jié)果 251株結(jié)核分枝桿菌中,總耐藥率為56.2%;對(duì)INH、RFP、SM和EMB的耐藥率分別為43.0%(108/251)、37.1%(93/251)、39.0%(98/251)和27.9%(70/251);耐多藥率為31.5%(79/251)。所有菌株經(jīng)Spoligotyping分型,分為北京基因型185株(73.7%)與非北京型菌株66株(26.3%)。未發(fā)現(xiàn)北京型與非北京型結(jié)核菌株與耐藥存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)關(guān)聯(lián)。結(jié)論青海流行的結(jié)核分枝桿菌耐藥率及多耐藥率較高,Spoligotyping分型顯示北京基因型為主要流行型。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to four first-line antituberculosis drugs and its relationship with Spoligotyping genotype, so as to provide evidence for effective prevention of tuberculosis. Methods the drug sensitivity test of isoniazid (INH), rifampicin (RFP), streptomycin (SM) and ethambutol (EMB) was carried out on 251 strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis by conventional proportional method. The strains were typed by Spoligotyping, and the results of drug sensitivity test and genotyping were analyzed comprehensively.
