在體多通道電生理記錄技術(shù)在大鼠痛情緒研究中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的:通過已建立的完全弗氏佐劑(CFA)誘導(dǎo)的條件位置逃避(CPA)行為模型,利用在體多通道電生理學(xué)記錄技術(shù),結(jié)合行為觀察研究大鼠發(fā)生CPA反應(yīng)時前扣帶皮層(ACC)腦區(qū)神經(jīng)元的電活動。方法:電極制作,電極埋置,在體多通道技術(shù)記錄清醒大鼠r ACC腦區(qū)神經(jīng)元的電活動及其CPA行為記錄。結(jié)果:1自制的多通道陣列電極可成功記錄到ACC神經(jīng)元的放電活動;2大鼠腳掌注射CFA前后分別與不同環(huán)境匹配后,大鼠處于"痛環(huán)境"與"非痛環(huán)境"時ACC神經(jīng)元spike的發(fā)放頻率分別為痛環(huán)境(0.85±1.38)imp/s,非痛環(huán)境(0.22±0.97)imp/s(P0.05,n=26);3行為學(xué)分析痛環(huán)境適應(yīng)前(303.55±61.77)s對比痛環(huán)境適應(yīng)后(140.32±33.52)s(P0.05,n=6)。上述結(jié)果顯示,腳掌注射CFA的大鼠處于痛環(huán)境時誘發(fā)ACC神經(jīng)元spike放電頻率增強與行為上的逃避反應(yīng)同步發(fā)生;腳掌注射生理鹽水的對照組并無上述反應(yīng)趨勢。結(jié)論:大鼠r ACC腦區(qū)神經(jīng)元電活動與疼痛所致的痛厭惡相關(guān)情緒的發(fā)生有著密切的聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the electrical activity of (ACC) neurons in anterior cingulate cortex of rats during CPA reaction by using in vivo multichannel electrophysiological recording technique through the established conditional position escape (CPA) behavior model induced by complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA).
