核酸抗原免疫識別機制的研究進展

【摘要】:正1963年經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)DNA和RNA具有激活機體免疫系統(tǒng)的功能,但是約40年之后才逐漸意識到有核酸感受器的存在~([1-2])。2000年Toll樣受體(Toll-like receptors,TLRs)被發(fā)現(xiàn)具有可識別核酸并激活相關(guān)免疫系統(tǒng)的功能,隨后逐步闡明了TLR3、TLR7、TLR8和TLR9等免疫識別受體識別DNA或RNA的部分相關(guān)機制~([3])。體內(nèi)核酸感受器識別的核酸可分為病原性核酸和自身組織受損釋放的核酸。病原性核酸包括感染
