黃芪百合顆粒對(duì)高原低氧模型小鼠肺自由基代謝及肺病理形態(tài)學(xué)改變的影響
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effect of Huangqi lily granule on lung free radical metabolism and pathological morphology in mice with high altitude hypoxia, and to explore the mechanism of Huangqi lily granule in preventing high altitude reaction. Methods: SPF mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model group and low, middle and high dose groups. The drug was given intragastrically once a day for 14 days. Except the control group, the mice in each group were exposed to hypoxia for 72 hours at simulated high altitude for 30 min per day from the 15th day. The mice were killed the last time they were weighed out of the cabin. The content of malondialdehyde (malondialdehyde,MDA) and the total antioxidant capacity (total antioxidantcapacity,T-AOC) and SOD (super-oxide dismutase,) of lipid peroxide degradation products in each group were measured by colorimetric method. The activity of SOD). The morphological changes of lung tissue in mice were observed by HE staining. Results: compared with the blank control group, the body mass of the model group was decreased, the lung, kidney and heart index were increased, the content of MDA in the lung was significantly increased, and the activities of SOD and T-AOC were significantly decreased. The lung pathological score and the number of inflammatory cells in mice were significantly increased (P 0.01). Compared with the model group, in the high dose group, the effective body mass increased, the lung, kidney and heart index decreased, the MDA content in the lung decreased, and the activities of SOD and T-AOC increased in the high dose group. The results of lung pathological score and the number of inflammatory cells in mice decreased (P 0.05). Conclusion: Huangqi Lily granule can significantly enhance its anti-high altitude pulmonary edema by regulating free radical metabolism.
