雙側(cè)股骨內(nèi)外側(cè)髁解剖學

【摘要】:目的測量股骨髁的某些形態(tài)參數(shù),確定股骨髁在形態(tài)方面是否存在左右差異。方法收集鄭州大學解剖學教研室的股骨111個(左側(cè)64個和右側(cè)47個),用游標卡尺測量相關數(shù)據(jù)。結果股骨的平均雙髁寬度為左側(cè)(7.79±0.56)cm,右側(cè)(7.66±0.40)cm(P0.05)。內(nèi)側(cè)髁長度相對值是左側(cè)(6.09±0.53)cm和右側(cè)(5.97±0.41)cm(P0.05);外側(cè)髁長度為左側(cè)(6.06±0.43)cm和右側(cè)(6.00±0.41)cm(P0.05);髁間寬度為左側(cè)(1.92±0.24)cm和右側(cè)(1.83±0.16)cm(P0.05);髁間深度為左側(cè)(2.94±0.25)cm和右側(cè)(2.90±0.25)cm(P0.05)。提示雙側(cè)的股骨髁各項數(shù)據(jù)在統(tǒng)計學上沒有明顯的差別。結論雙側(cè)股骨髁的一致性可能是設計全膝關節(jié)假體的理論基礎,健側(cè)膝關節(jié)可用于術前制作患側(cè)模板。
[Abstract]:Objective to measure some morphological parameters of femoral condyle and determine whether there is difference between left and right sides of femoral condyle. Methods 111 femurs (64 left and 47 right) in Anatomy Department of Zhengzhou University were collected and the relative data were measured with Vernier calipers. Results the average bicondylar width of femur was (7.79 鹵0.56) cm, on the right side (7.66 鹵0.40) cm (P 0.05). The relative length of the medial condyle was (6.09 鹵0.53) cm on the left side and (5.97 鹵0.41) cm () on the right side (P 0.05), and the length of the lateral condyle was (6.06 鹵0.43) cm on the left side and (6.00 鹵0.41) cm () on the right side. The intercondylar width was (1.92 鹵0.24) cm on the left side and (1.83 鹵0.16) cm () on the right side, and the intercondylar depth was (2.94 鹵0.25) cm on the left side and (2.90 鹵0.25) cm () on the right side. It was suggested that there was no significant difference in the data of the femoral condyle between the two sides of the femoral condyle. Conclusion the consistency of bilateral femoral condyle may be the theoretical basis for the design of total knee prosthesis, and the contralateral knee joint can be used to make the affected side template before operation.
