細(xì)胞內(nèi)吞和自噬對(duì)MMPs調(diào)節(jié)的研究進(jìn)展
[Abstract]:Eukaryotic cells use a complex and efficient membrane transport network to maintain intracellular and extracellular material circulation and replacement. Rab protein, as a global regulatory factor, is involved in almost all the steps from membrane formation to maturation to membrane fusion. Various membrane transport forms such as endocytosis and autophagy are associated. Endocytosis can regulate the distribution and functional state of molecules on the cell surface, and the protein entering into the cytoplasm can be circulating through endocytosis, or be degraded under the action of autophagy, and the helper cells can survive the crisis of starvation and hypoxia. The distribution and activity of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) on the cell surface are regulated by endocytosis, and the intracellular circulation and transport of MMPs are closely related to Rab protein. In this paper, we briefly review the intrinsic relationship between endocytosis and autophagy, and expound the regulatory effects of membrane structural changes on the distribution and functional state of MMPs.
