【摘要】:正小窩蛋白-1(caveolin-1,Cav-1)是一種功能廣泛的膜脂筏(membrane lipid raft,MLR)絞手架蛋白,參與多種細(xì)胞過程,對(duì)神經(jīng)結(jié)構(gòu)和功能可塑性有重要調(diào)節(jié)作用。Cav-1可通過影響微管穩(wěn)定性、與神經(jīng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)因子受體發(fā)生作用、調(diào)控細(xì)胞膜膽固醇合成及再分布等機(jī)制,促進(jìn)神經(jīng)突出芽、延伸、反應(yīng)性突觸發(fā)生,參與末端重塑,從而影響結(jié)構(gòu)可塑性;并通過增強(qiáng)神經(jīng)信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)~([1])、參與構(gòu)成分泌相關(guān)蛋白復(fù)合體、參與
