海馬神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)技術(shù)的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:大腦海馬區(qū)是幫助人類(lèi)處理長(zhǎng)期學(xué)習(xí)與記憶主要區(qū)域,在醫(yī)學(xué)上海馬區(qū)是大腦皮質(zhì)的一個(gè)內(nèi)褶區(qū),在側(cè)腦室底部繞脈絡(luò)膜裂形成一弓形隆起并由兩個(gè)扇形部分所組成,兩者合稱(chēng)海馬結(jié)構(gòu)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),大多數(shù)腦部疾病的發(fā)生都跟海馬神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞息息相關(guān),近年來(lái),通過(guò)體外模擬腦部海馬區(qū)神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞的內(nèi)環(huán)境,從體外細(xì)胞水平對(duì)腦部相關(guān)疾病的研究提供了一個(gè)新的領(lǐng)域。本文將通過(guò)搜集國(guó)內(nèi)外近幾年對(duì)海馬神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞的分離、提取、接種、純化、鑒定等科研資料,論述海馬神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng)技術(shù),為腦部相關(guān)疾病的研究提供相關(guān)理論技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The hippocampal area of the brain is a major area that helps humans to process long-term learning and memory. In the medical Shanghai Ma area, it is an inner fold area of the cerebral cortex, forming an arcuate bulge around the choroidal fissure at the base of the lateral ventricle and consisting of two fan-shaped parts. Both are called hippocampal formation. It has been found that most brain diseases are closely related to hippocampal neurons. In recent years, we have simulated the inner environment of hippocampal neurons in vitro. The study of brain-related diseases at the cell level in vitro provides a new field. In this paper, the culture technology of hippocampal neuron cells is discussed by collecting the scientific research data such as isolation, extraction, inoculation, purification and identification of hippocampal neuron cells in recent years. To provide theoretical and technical guidance for the study of brain related diseases.
