【摘要】：目的：研究留學(xué)生心理健康狀況及其影響因素,提出干預(yù)對(duì)策。方法：采用癥狀自評(píng)量表(SCL-90),青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC),防御方式問卷(DSQ)對(duì)新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)1-5年級(jí)542名臨床本科留學(xué)生進(jìn)行英文問卷調(diào)查。分析、比較各年級(jí)數(shù)據(jù),研究各年級(jí)學(xué)生心理健康狀況影響因素。結(jié)果：52.6%留學(xué)生在一年中都曾經(jīng)發(fā)生過負(fù)性生活事件,他們比中國(guó)青年更易產(chǎn)生恐怖、敵對(duì)、抑郁等心理問題,健康適應(yīng)因子95.14%,主要是因?yàn)殚L(zhǎng)期遠(yuǎn)離家人不能團(tuán)聚的煩惱；學(xué)習(xí)壓力因子64.24%和人際關(guān)系因子49.88%,感覺學(xué)習(xí)負(fù)擔(dān)重、在國(guó)外求學(xué)家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力大、宗教困擾等問題；而高年級(jí)的學(xué)生還存在情感困擾、就業(yè)壓力等問題。管理者針對(duì)各年級(jí)學(xué)生產(chǎn)生心理健康狀況的主要原因從制度、管理、學(xué)歷認(rèn)證、宗教、道德素質(zhì)教育等方面有針對(duì)性地進(jìn)行干預(yù)。結(jié)論：新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)留學(xué)生心理健康狀況低于中國(guó)青年,必須對(duì)他們進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的干預(yù),并且本研究首次提出用宗教、道德素質(zhì)教育來管理和約束留學(xué)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the mental health status of foreign students and its influencing factors, and put forward the intervention countermeasures. Methods: the symptom Checklist (SCL-90) and the Adolescent Life event scale (ASLEC),) Defense style questionnaire (DSQ) were used to investigate 542 clinical undergraduates in Xinjiang Medical University. To analyze and compare the data of each grade and to study the influencing factors of the mental health of the students in each grade. Results: 52.6% of the overseas students had negative life events in one year. They were more likely than Chinese youth to develop psychological problems such as terror, hostility, depression, and health adaptation factor 95.14. Mainly because of a long time away from the family can not be reunited trouble; 64.24% of the study stress factor and 49.88% of the interpersonal relationship factor, feeling the heavy burden of learning, studying abroad family economic pressure, religious distress and other problems, while the senior students still have emotional distress, employment pressure and other problems. The main reasons for the mental health status of the students in each grade are the system, management, education certification, religion, moral quality education and so on. Conclusion: the mental health status of foreign students in Xinjiang Medical University is lower than that of Chinese young people.
